Dodgy Business!!!!

I bought something for my daughter for Xmas through Amazon..

And it turned out to be from this seller...

I never got my delivery, even though i had notification it had been delivered.

Amazon have had to reply to me as I couldn't get hold of them at oneclicktoys!

3 emails and no reply, just my emails bouncing back! No website either now it seems!

Maybe they have gone bankrupt?

I don't recommend this company at all but I recommend how amazon have handled things!

Very helpful and apologetic!!

Hopefully they will strike this company from their website!

Faulty Product No Refund

Completely untrustworthy company. Ordered via Amazon and returned it as it was faulty and then all went silent. Emails pinged back, letters couldn't be delivered and we were waiting for ever on their phone line.

Do not order anything from this company as you can see from the responses below they are completely untrustworthy.

Ripped Off!

I will not repeat the story that many of you already told. It happened the same to me. It was only £ 15,but the product was so needed.

Been Absolutly Ripped Off.

I Ordered £280 worth of items in mI'd october, readdy for my baby coming beginning of january. Waited for a week as orginally the item was "in stock" and to be delivered within 2 days. After no parcel turned up I emailed one click toys and was told the item wasnt in stock, but it was om back order snd I would receive asap.

I emailed a number of times asking for estimated delivery times and actually got communication back from them apologising forvthe delay. I explained the situation, of how I was in desperate need of the items (baby turned up 4 weeks early on 13th december) and got nothing back,Tried to email again and the email just bounced back. Go online and the website disapeared!

I fully beleive that they took everyones orders and money close to christmas knowing that they were going to do a runner and never forfil on orders and just steal everyones money.

Unfortunatly I can't get the money back now, so thankyou so much everyone at one click toys, including the person I was emailing, Harriette if that was even your real name, for STEALING 280 pounds from a new mother over christmas, and for all the toys you never delivered for everyone else, probably disapointing kids and family everywhere.

You all deserve to be locked up as you are nothing but theives.

Although would be difficult at present as their website not loading.

I paid for a gift on the 7th December and it has not arrived, e-mailed their customer services team and no response yet but reading the other reviews don't now really expect one. Thankfully I spent only spent £17 with them. Will struggle to get replacement toy in time though!

Will check out sites like this in future before just buying from the internet.

This Should Not Be Allowed To Go On Any Longer!!!!!

Ordered christmas present for granddaughter 29 november. Not received,not returning e-mails. Website not in existance now. This should not be allowed to go on for any longer. Taking peoples money and ignoring them when things go wrong.

How can I explain to granddaughter why she has no present on Christmas day.

Would Never Order From These Again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Orderd goods 29th November quoted upto 4 days delivery, still havent recieved goods. Checked with my bank and they took payment on the 30th November. Have emailed company time and time again to check on delivery of my order have NOT had reply from them. Have tried to contact them by telephone no-one ever anwser's. On many emails have explained that the item is a christmas present for my daughter still NO reply. I will have one disapointed daughter on christmas day as it is now to late to get this item for her. Have never delt with a company like ths before, take your money staright away however don't recieve your goods or even take the time to get back to you with your query. Will now have to contact bank to try and retrieve my payment. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL RATING ZERO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dreadful Company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order on 03/10/12 for a Tiny love Tiny princess move and play activity gym with free postage as it was over £35. 2 weeks later I still had not received any email confirmation or the item so I logged in to my account to see that they had left a message on the account to say that the item was too large to qualify for free postage so I needed to send then a payment by PayPal of £7.00 and then email them the reference number for this payment. I did this straight away and once again I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt of payment or email, I finally received a card to say UPS had tried to deliver the item on 23/10/12 3 weeks after I ordered. When I returned from a trip I arranged for the item to be delivered again by UPS only to find I had been sent the incorrect activity gym which did not have the new adjustable arch feature that I had ordered.

After trying to find a contact number which is conveniently not listed on the website under contact us I found one on the packaging, the packaging that consisted of a black bin liner wrapped round the activity gym with a bit of packaging tape so the actual gym packaging was bashed to pieces! I tried this number several times with no answer just on hold for 20 minutes at a time! I emailed the company and waited over 24 hours for a response which hasn't answered any of my questions I.e when can a return be arranged? Will the correct item be sent out? To cut a long story short I sent an email every day for a week with no questions answered, I was eventually told a return had been arranged and once it had been completed the correct item would be sent but after asking when this would be I never received another reply! I called the company every day for over a week and never had a call answered by an advisor which I have read on other reviews about this company they never answer your call!

Finally UPS came to collect an not knowing when they were coming I was out so again I had to phone ten an rearrange this meaning another 4 hours waiting around! I then receive an email 2 days later to say I have been refunded and sorry they couldn't help me with this order. So it looks like I will not be getting the correct activity gym as promised and for the pleasure of this I paid £7.00 postage that hasn't been refunded that I should never have been charged as their site states free shipping on orders over £35. I have emailed to ask for this to be refunded as they now aren't sending a replacement but I don't hold out much hope!

I am not a fussy person and have worked in customer services for a global company for years and I am very familiar with customers being I reasonable but this company has been highly disorganised from start to finish with my order and not even had the courtesy to read my emails properly and respond! I find this appalling service and I am disappointed in myself for not researching them as I normally do because after doing this I have found terrible reviews for them. Their website states they believe in excellent customer service which I think is a joke! I ordered this gym for my daughter at 3 months and at 4 months I am still without one thanks to this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

“wonderful customer service, especially a rep by the name of Laura Wasz. she did an outstanding job in tracking down my order and to top it off she emailed me twice in one day. first she acknowledges my email and said that she would, get back to me..and like regular reps i didn't think anything of it because i figured she'd get back to me in a day or two or leave me hanging. but no, not Laura she emailed me the same day with the tracking number and everything i asked for!!!”
