Called yesterday the 21st of december to ask about the estimated date of delivery if was to order a car, the girl on the phone was geat but explained because of the time of year it properly wouldn't get to me until the 27th, despite this advise I went about ordering the car I wanted and the car arrived today just after lunch. So happy with the car better than expected and the service has been great, I would definitely recommend yous. We going to have one very happy little nephew on Christmas Day thank you.

I ordered a lambo ride on car and licence pack for my childs birthday,it came in plenty of time and was well packaged ect,the main problem i found was the after care and actually being able to speak to someone,they havnt sent the licence pack that i paid for,i had to wait untill after the new year to ring them,since jan 2nd i have rang them lots of times and just sent to answering machine,iv left a message on the answer phone and emailed them and havnt heard anything from them,im very annoyed that i cant speak to anyone as ive paid for something i havnt received and it would have been a nice extra to the present

I was searching for a 12v ride on raptor quad bike for my son for his birthday. I searched many websites with the help of google and most were coming up in excess of £200. Then I came across minirideontoys. I had a good look at the website and decided to do a little digging before I spent any money. I found that the website was quite new so I was concerned about the reality of the website. The price they were offering was a lot less than others so I was a little concerned. I decided to go for it when I saw that the site offered credit / debit card and paypal so I decided to order with paypal as I was aware that I could have got my money back if anything was wrong. I placed my order on a Monday morning and much to my surprise my order arrived on the Tuesday. This was the fastest order I have ever received when ordering anything online. I opened the box and everything was perfect! The only issue I had was that when I opened the box the quad needed some assembling which I am totally useless at. I was a little concerned with this but when I looked on the website again I saw that it did state the quad required some assembling. I tried my best using the instructions but could not get my head around it. I called the customer service number on the website and spoke to a very polite young lady who was on the phone with me for about half and hour and she even emailed me specific images as we was talking through assembling the product. 45 minutes later the quad was ready to go and best of all their customer service number was a Freephone number. So to summarise I got rapid delivery, an unbeatable price, excellent customer service (which is very short lived nowadays) and a great product. I will 100% be recommending this company to all my friend and family A***
