Supposedly Gone Bankrupt
According to several sources EoA went bankrupt, which is a shame, i've purchased from them over the years from roughtly 2015 and all my order had been fine, my last order with them was for a nendoroid pre-order, they took the deposit and left excuse after excuse as to its whereabouts, lost my pre-order money and never heard anything since.

I ordered the Sena Kashiwazaki Swim Wear Ver. 1/7 figure by Alphamax on 18/01/18, which was shown as being in stock. The figure was dispatched the next day and arrived in perfect condition a few days later via Royal Mail (their ‘Signed For’ service, no Tracking sadly). It was well packed it a sturdy box marked ‘Fragile’. I think I got the last one as it now shows as being Out of Stock. I have no complaints about the item (which is superb) or the service I received. I have used Eye On Asia several times before, and have always found them reliable, so it is disappointing to read all the negative comments left recently by preorderers.

First And Last Time. Lost A Potential Returning Customer
I preordered the overwatch tracer nendoroid figurine back in February 2017 with a deposit and the release date was supposed to be end of September 2017.
I realised by September I was low on cash so wasn't sure if I would be able to afford the rest of cost. So I emailed to request cancellation/refund. Got no response and my order is still in the order history as preorder and waiting for stock
I've since sent numerous emails requesting refund or asking when the product will be ready for despatch.
The order history still says awaiting for stock, however their main product page says that there is stock available.
I had planned to order other Overwatch nendoroid figurines from this company but after this experience I will be looking elsewhere. Very very bad impression on first time customer, and you've lost a potential returning customer congrats.
I'm now about to file a chargeback for the deposit as I can no longer use PayPal to file a dispute.
A Warning To Others.
I to like a number of people now pre-ordered from them last year and still have had nothing delivered. It seems now that they aren't even doing pre-orders any more.
I won't be able to get my money back and they will not respond the my messages.
I'm sure if your buying an in-stock item your fine.

Keeps Money When They Cant Deliver
I pre ordered an item nearly a year ago. I payed about 65 GBP for deposit and shipping. The item was supposed to be released in february. Come august I still had nothing and since a while back they'd seized to respond to any attempt at communication. They charged me for the item back in april and then never sent it. I managed to get that money back through paypal but it's impossible to get the deposit and shipping back. So they stole 65 gbp from me. Anybody know what legal actions I can take?
Absolutely terrible. I'm sure they deliver sometimes but they take no responsibility and have zero integrity. They keep whatever they get their hands on regardless of if theyve upkept their end of the bargain.
Still Waiting For Some Communication.
I ordered 2 items from them, they took money for both but only one item arrived, checked the order and they did not put the other item through but took the money for it. I have messaged and emailed them numerous times but zilch response, no phone number for them, so what do I do now?
The only reason I have given them one star is because I cannot post with zero.

I preordered a product in January of this year that was due for release at the end of may I paid the deposit to secure my statue and waited, towards the end of may received email asking me to pay remaining a few days before product was released. I paid as soon as I saw the email, they overcharged me and when contacted yes they replied I then waited for my dispatch confirmation which didn't come and a few days after I checked their site product release date had change to end of june being understanding thought there may have been a delay so waited some more and checked back on their site to find product marked as out of stock!! Contacted them via website 5 or 6 times several times on social media and several times via the email they almost instantly replied on the first time round and still nothing literally only gave one start because you cant give zero and thought atleast if I only give one it may bring the overall rating down a bit rather than stay as it was please AVOID AVOID AVOID. Just ask yourself why would they ask for you to pay for something a couple of day before dispatch date when they clearly didn't have it to dispatch otherwise why after a couple of days did it get put back 1 month.

Do Not Pre-order! Deletes Comments And Doesn't Respond
Pre-ordered a figure here months ago, which was due to be released May. Messaged the company on facebook to ask back at the start of June as my order still hadn't even been packed. They told me the figures hadn't arrived in UK yet and was due next week (Other UK companies already had it by then and sent their stock out). Come next week and nothing. It's now the end of June as still no news. They have not responded to anymore messages and have gone completely silent. They have disabled visitor posts on their facebook page which had several other people complaining about the same issue. People took to commenting on their posts instead, specifically on a post about the very figure I'm speaking about and they've since deleted all comments off all posts that are complaining. Instead of just issuing out apologies and emails explaining the situation they are completely ignoring it and deleting anyone who asks publically. Their facebook page information states they always respond to messages, but what you get is a copy pasted message that says they have received your message and will respond shortly (which they don't). This also means they can read messages and determine if they want to respond or pretend they haven't seen it, as the little indication that they've read your message now won't show.
Do not pre-order from here. Others have said the same thing with pre-orders from this company, they are awful. Unfortunately I only saw the few positive reviews from people who had ordered in stock items.

Complete. Disgrace
Paid a deposit on a preorder that was going to be coming out in May, beginning of May I got an email saying product will be sent out on May 31st and to pay the remaining balance which I did promptly, nearly a month later and 5 messages to the company I have had no response and no item. Absolutely horrendous customer service AVOIDDDDDDD!!!!
