Do Not Use - We Have A Court Date Set For 22nd Apr
DO NOT USE - We have a Court Date set for 22nd April 2010 - cannot believe the nerve of some people! Ordered April 2009 and still not received and they now claim they've refunded despite me sending bank statements to say different!!
Not even worthy of the 1 star rating - would give them minus ratings if possible!

Omg Can't Believe This....i Placed And Paid For My
OMG can't believe this....I placed and paid for my order on 18th Dec, promised to have it delivered by DHL for Christmas, still waiting for it and after 30+ emails, still waiting for my refund despite endless promises (too many to go into!) Have made enquiries with Police and now trying the Trading Standards route. Extremely, extremely annoying! How do people get away with it!! ***DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER*** (re the star rating - wouldn't let me put zero but would if could)

Having Read These Reviews, My Own Is Much The Sam
Having read these reviews, my own is much the same--paid in December 08, still waiting (Sept 09). Emails are not acknowledged. I ordered from 'BeyondtheRainbow', now it's 'DillyDotsTots'. When this is shutdown it will change to another. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! The only reason I have given any stars is that this review requires at least 1 star to be chosen. The site and service deserve no stars.

I Wish I Had Read These Reviews Before I Placed An
I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with Dilly Dots Tots - Terrible service, ordered a wooden farm in April costing nearly £100 for a charity run pre-school after a fundraising event - now in June it is still not here, I've tried to email (they are returned) and despite the owner calling from her mobile it has still not arrived, nor has the phone call I was promised materlised!

I Ordered My Item From Dilly Dots Tots On 29th Apr
I ordered my item from Dilly Dots Tots on 29th April 2009and still to this date I have yet to receive my order(22nd May 09). The company are extremely difficult to get hold of and do not return e mails or phone messages. They have blamed delay upon the courier company. They have taken my money and I have received nothing in return.

l to wished that l had come on here first before ordering from Dilly Dots Tots as l would never of ordered from them .
l ordered way back in November a Le Toy Van Fairy train set for my daughter for Christmas which cost £59.99, after chasing the order it arrived damaged as it had been sent with no packaging at all just in its original box. Contacted Dilly Dots Tots who said they would phone me back to arrange a replacement, no phone call was returned so tried to call them back the answer phone was left on for days so l got bored, ordered the item from another company and returned the item asking for a refund. After three months a refund had never been issued so l contacted Dilly Dots Tots who said that the item had not been delivered to them. so l contacted Parcel Force who assured me that it had been sent. l am still waiting for a refund which luckily enough l paid for this item with a credit card so now that company have to sort it out for me. l am seriously thinking about reporting this company as l dont see why they should be allowed to get away with it as doesn't seem to be just me who has had problems.

Having read these reviews for Dilly Dots Tots I wish I had done so before ordering anything. As with other reviewers I placed an order than never materialised. This was for a Le Toy Van airshow and a haba book with a combined price of over £50 and so free delivery which is why I ordered from there. I specifically stated on the order that it was for a birthday present and was required by the following Friday (20th March). It states on the websirte " When ordering please advise if you have a specific date when you require your order (e.g. birthday etc) so we can ensure it reaches you on time." and "Orders in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods for us to dispatch your order. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email or telephone to resolve any delays." Clearly neither of these statements are true.On two out of the very rare occasions someone answered the phone they said they would "phone back in 10 minutes". This never happened and I must have spent about £10 in mobile phone charges trying to get in touch whilst also trying to do my job. Obviously when you have spent over £50 you want, at the very least, to get your money back!They eventually rang and said I Should make sure I was at home the next day as the order would be delivered before 12. Having rearranged my work surprise, surprise it never turned up. 2 1/2 weeks after ordering they finally provided me with a bogus tracking number which DHL informed me was for a package sent by a motor spares company in Surrey!Finally, after a long winded email to the nonexistent customer service informing them that consumer laws mean they have to refund if the order hasn't arrived by 30 days, and 3 1/2 weeks after they had taken my money, I got a refund.This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. The customer service is non-existent and it seems as though they are taking you for a ride.

Ordered item from beyond the rainbow, item was never received, never returned phone calls, replied to one email out of many regarding the delivery of the item.
Eventually after much hassle got a refund for the item, company advised though that the item would still be on its way and never arrived

In my opinion Dilly Dots Tots promised much but delivered nothing to me! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Despite stating a preferred date of delivery to ensure it arrived before my son's first birthday, I am still waiting 3 weeks later! I have found them difficult to get in contact with, despite leaving email and answerphone messages; on two occasions but I expected delivery the next day, but it's failed to arrive as yet; blame apparently being placed with the courier company. Payment however was taken promptly on the day of placing the order.
