I am a new customer that has placed several orders in the last several months.The cigarettes from Switzerland are superb, fresh and packaged well when they shipped it out via Post. Kristina Stewart, the customer service rep is responsive & informative. I have used other sellers via the internet for the last 5 years.Your-Gigs.com is the most consistent when it comes to shipping and communications.The other sellers kept calling me after I placed an order and I could NOT get them to stop calling me. Also even though I was a repeat customer, I would have to place the order via the Internet, then someone would call me via the phone to verify all data.

The website for Your-Cigs.com is much better than their competitors and I do NOT receive any phone calls asking me to place a new order.If this Company continues to maintain their high standards I will be a lifetime customer.

Their shipping date sounded bad but the packages got here a week and a half before their date that was posted ny Your cigs and that was a big plus

They sell cigarettes manufactured in Europe. Excellent prices and fast delivery taking in consideration that orders come from overseas. They taste a little different than American made cigarettes but much better than the FSC. Their customer support representative Kristina Stewart kindly explained how I can track my order online.
