Dont Order From Them
I placed an order for 10 cartons, received 6, now they wont respond to my emails or refund my money. Seems like a shaky company, I suggest using someone else, DirtCheapButts is good, customer service responds, and they honor their shipments when they don't arrive. PS...sister company of Top Cigarettes is MyCigarettesShop, dont use them either.
