I ordered a beautiful humidor online for my husband's 30th birthday along with a selection of cigars. I phoned Gauntley's the following day to see if they could have my items shipped overnight, and they were extremely fast and efficient with my order and so nice to speak with on the phone! I received my order less than 24 hours after that phone call and could not have been more pleased. The humidor was beautiful quality, the cigars were also very nice. My husband is also happy, and so I've already recommended Gauntley's to my friends. They're fantastic! I highly recommend!

I bought a Colibri lighter from Gauntleys of Nottingham, from their site. When I rang them to ask for advice about choosing a model of lighter, they were very pleasant and helpful. My lighter arrived with me the day after ordering although their P&P was lower than any other site I've used, I do most of my shopping from websites. The lighter was beautiful and stylish, good quality and I am delighted.

I received emails from them on buying the lighter, including a receipt (but also charmingly thanking me for my custom) on dispatch. They were the only shop in the country to sell this model of lighter and I'm glad I found them, for courteous, helpful and efficient service they are second to none.
