Don't Waste Your Time
I ordered 2 sleeves of Marlboro over 18 months ago. They took my £60 odd pound and I never heard anything again. I wrote a review on their website telling people to steer clear but they deleted the comment within an hour.

Yes, I've been scammed by the look of it. No Cigs after 9 weeks, no reply to entails. Going to the bank who have said I should get my money back. Fingers crossed. AVOID!!

i ordered some cigs off this company they never arrived i sent them about 10 email not once did they reply i would advise anybody out there not to order cigs from this site what a rip off merchants

They will not send your order & will claim that your order has been seized by U.K.B.A when you enquire when your order will be delivered.
DO NOT PURCHASE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !
Little tip for you.. inform your bank and they will raise a dispute for you and your money will be refunded... I got my money back in 2 days
I sent my order on t he 5/12/12 and they have taken £28.95 from my credit card. I still have not received the order and now i have requested my money back they are not responding!! Thought it was too good to be true.

After waiting months they will tell you they have been seized by border agency.
Something is seriously flawed after making an impulsive purchase and trying to cancel my purchase with the company and my bank 5 mins after placing the order ..I checked the law and it states that it is the company supplying the goods should have paid the UK Tax ... This is not the case as the price is to low for them to have paid the tax
My problem is why is the border agency not doing something to address this problem.. They are penalising the person placing the order.. If the cigs had simply been returned then the company would have no choice but to refund the original purchase price.. But instead they are destroyed allowing the company supplying to carry on ripping people off.
Nice one border agency you really are a waste of my hard earned money!!
Looks Like A Scam Site - Avoid !
We've been suckered by this lot too - ordered just 2 cartons on the 9th December 2012 and it's now the 26th January 2013 and no order has arrived.
We'll be reporting Redomast to Trading standards
