2 Months Ago I Purchased 3 Tickets For An Event Oc
2 months ago I purchased 3 tickets for an event occurring on 31/01/06. Westminster Hospitality and Events Ltd guarantees to have the tickets to you 7 days prior to the event. It is now the day before the event (to which I have to fly to) and the tickets have yet to arrive. Having contacted the company a number of times in the past week, the only solution they managed to give was to provide me with a mobile telephone number for someone who would come and meet me before the event and give me the tickets. This would have been satisfactory if only the number didn't just ring through to an answering machine. I purchase online at times, but when I do I always review the company, however, there were no reviews for Westminster. I am therefore sharing my experience in an attempt to let others know about my experience when trying to buy tickets. I know I will not be using them again in the future.
In short yes we did, however, to get them they gave us a mobile number for a guy (who did not work for Westminster) who we couldn't get hold of until the day of the match. After making arrangements a couple of times we eventually met him, about 3hrs before the event, and got the tickets. Considering the price we paid we had very little help from Westminster, there was an awful amount of uncertainty and we had to do all the work to secure the tickets in time. My advice is if the tickets aren't with you 7 days before the event as promised contact them straight away!
Did your tickets ever show up? My husband has bought some tickets from them for a concert in May, and now we are wondering if we'll ever see them!
