I Have Booked Theatre Tickets For The Bodyguard Ne

i have booked theatre tickets for the bodyguard next sat 23.2.13 and hotel accomodation, no tickets have arrived at my home yet, trying to contact them, they dont reply to e mails nor do they answer the phone, dont know what to do.

Very Upset

My husband who is not use to the computer (a definite lead-dite)found this web site and decided to book a weekend in London taking in a show as a Christmas present for me. He was well pleased with himself as he managed to get around the booking on line and pay his money.

Needless to say how upset we both are now to find the money has all gone, we haven't got our weekend in London, nor any show, and I've lost my Christmas present.

He should have read the reviews before having any dealings with this company.

Theatreline Have Gone Into Administration

This company went into administration on Friday the 15th of February.

Lots of people wil have had money taken and have nothing booked.

Please, if you have a booking with them check directly with the hotel, restaurant, theatre etc before travelling as you may end up having to pay out for new accomodation etc.

Even if you have a confirmed booking the venue may not have been paid and the accomodation or event tickets you are showing as confirmed will not be there.

Dont Use Them

I booked a surprise for my daughters 18th birthday and we never got the tickets and they have kept my money. Dont make the mistake I made.

Tried replying to customer review but wouldn't go through surprise surprise. Ok here goes I'm absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from theatre line and it's staff on the call centre booking line.IBooked a surprise valentine weekend to see phantom of the opera and one night stay at the Corus Hotel. On arrival at the hotel I was told that the hotel booking had been cancelled. Not by us but by the agent who had arranges the hotel bookings on your behalf. The hotel insisted that we had to pay for the room again and claim it back from you. Despite already having paid 212.00to you. After several phone calls from the hotel we were assured not to worry it would be sorted that day and to carry and enjoy the weekend.

Today on check out from the hotel the problem remained and the hotel insisted we had to pay again. Once again we phoned yourselves and I talked to one of your operators. She was abrupt and unhelpfull and put the phone down on me. I rang back several more times each time she cut me off. Thirteen phone calls from my mobile which I will be charged I was cut off again. I can send you my bill to verify this. We were left with no other choice but to pay again and claim one hundred and forty two pounds again. It ruined the weekend incidentlally four other people at the hotel experienced the same problem. The distress this caused me meant that we cut short the rest of our day and returned home as I felt physically sick having spent an hour trying to sort the problem out. As I did not have enough money in my account to pay again for the whole transaction I was forced to ask for half of my husband. As you can imagine this was very embarrassing. Please forward me details on how to claim my refund with an explanation of why this occurred'

Glad I Didnt Read Reveiws Before Booking

Booked tickets via Theatreline.com for my husbands 50th birthday before reading all the reveiws thankgod i did.

Asked for tickets to be posted out like everyone they were never received, rang everyother day saying still hadnt receivied them but kept being told theyd been sent.

Checked hotel had been booked which it had, spoke to Candy again on day were supposed to be there she said go to box office half hour before.

We went to be honest not expecting tickets to be there due to reviews but they were.

All i can say is dont ask for tickets to be delivered because they probably never are and pay by paypal as we did just in case it all goes wrong you should be able to get your money back.

All in all the hotel was great about 10mins from dominion theatre tickets were there when we turned up and we will rock u was fab.

Would use again paying by paypal and collect tickets from theatre as was great deal making sure hotel booking has been made before you start to panick.

I Wouldn't Recommend This Shower To My Worst Enemy

Terrible communications, terrible service, they couldn't care less about their customers as long as they've got your money.

TheatreLie are no longer on Facebook or Twitter as people will get to hear just how awful they are.

If you want to get West End theatre tickets use a proper company.

TheatreLie are NOT a STAR company but on the website they claim that they buy their tickets from STAR members, this gives you NO PROTECTION from their incompetence.

Only use STAR members to purchase tickets, this lot are simply awful.

Worst Company And Customer Service Ever!!!

asking if they could send the tickets out as they’re a pressie for someone. They said that wasn’t a problem, they’d send them recorded delivery. No tickets arrived before or after Xmas.

We still hadn’t received the tickets last week so I called them back on the 9th Jan. Their response was “ The show has been cancelled, we sent you an email” Needless to say I hadn’t received any email, so I requested a refund. I called them back on Thurs 10th Jan and they confirmed a refund had been processed and would take 3-5 working days. I called back today as I hadn’t received the money in my account. The woman said she’d speak to the accounts department when they were in and would request a payment be made to me today and she’d call me back to confirm. I chased them again at 11.40am, I was told the person dealing with it would call me back. I had to call them back an hour after this call as I still hadn’t had a call. The woman dealing with it was very busy on the phone still so I asked to speak to a manager; they then hung up on me. I called them back another 4 times and they hung up on me each time! As you can guess I’m pretty irate by this point.

When they eventually speak to me they tell me because I ordered the tickets over 3 months ago (30th Oct is not 3 months!) they cannot just refund me the money, they have to get a manager to sign this off then send it to the bank to arrange the refund which will take 7-10 working days to clear in my account, and that the request was only sent to the bank yesterday!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY'RE A JOKE!!!1

Worse Customer Service Ever Received!

If I could give them no stars I would have done. I have never dealt with such rude, unhelpful, money grabbing swindlers in my life. It has cost me god knows how much in premium rate calls trying to sort this out, they have refused refunds of the delivery charge even though my tickets were not received. I have been passed from pillar to post and even the managers don't seem to care. Currently in the process of taking my complaints higher. Do not touch with a barge pole!

Awful Customer Service After Online-booking

I booked 2 theatre tickets online way before xmas as a gift for a friend. I expected tickets to be dispatched but when they did not arrive I called the publisised number several times but it constantly just rang out! I emailed their [email protected] email no less than 3 times asking for confirmation of dispatch, along with some other general Qs, and no one ever responded!!!!!!!! i am now less than 1 week from the show date and I have not had any confirmation of the tickets being made available either by post or upon collection, despite them saying you can check these details by calling or emailing their helplines! I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EVERY USE THEM! BE WARNED.
