Terrible Corona virus related customer service. Blanket refusal to refund anyone even when the attraction was closed. Our trip to Disney has been cancelled and 365 have pocketed the £1000 and refusing to refund despite uk government saying otherwise. Avoid this company like the virus itself

Don't Throw Away Disney Ticket After Entering.
Delivery excellent, BUT You won't get a stamp as mentioned at the ticket. SAVE the printed ticket carefully (from rain crinkles etc) otherwise you won't be allowed to re-enter the park. Ticket on a phone are not allowed. We had to buy 4 new ones. Also the ticket won't work with acquiring a fast pass. The printed sheet won't fit in the machine.

This company is full rubbish! Don't look at their rating! Don't trust them and even if you decide to use their services DO RECHECK the information on independent sources cause this Cheater DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY EVEN IF IT IS 100% THEIR FAULT!!! they don't care how often and how much you spent, when it comes to refund YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET IT.
ABSOLUTELY UPSET! After spending more than £1000 on numerous tickets they refused to refund £30 because of the misleading information on the website which was confirmed EVEN BY THE TOUR PROVIDER ITSELF!

Just been to Hampton Court palace this morning for which I paid £25 for me and my mum. Would have been £42 on the door!

Great Site, Its the second time we've used them. The First time we were visiting London last year and booked several attractions with them as a combo and saved a huge amount. This time we were in Paris and met friends who had just been to Disneyland and were saying how fantastic it had been for the kids and how much they'd enjoyed it as well. Our Daughter's Birthday is coming up and she begged us to take her, inevitably we caved and manage to sort tickets through 365 for the following day. Couldn't rate them more highly, fantastic place to save money!

I bought tickets but I couldn't make the day.
I understand it was my fault .
I tried to call custermer service and asked them the possibility to refund.
If I couln't, I would change my plane and make time to use the tickets .
Fortunately ( I thought the time )They said they could refund , so I didn't use them.
But they didn't refund ,so called them again..
Then they said they couldn't refund even couln't change the date .
They said they already paid money to Madame Tussaud , so if they refund, they will loose money.
Yes, it make sense .
No one want to loose money, that why I called them and check refund or using tickets.
I do not understand the guy said they could refund .
I think nothing problem if you use tickets with this company, but personally I do not like how they treat clients after getting money .

If the date of your visit has passed our team are unfortunately not able to make amendments to bookings as the booking will have been reported to the attraction and then it is at the discretion of the attraction.

Life Savers!
We booked various activities through this company before we went to Salou, Spain, there were great combi deals which saved us alot of money overall. We were provided with tickets to print, no problems at all when visiting the attractions. One included a pick up, they picked up on time and it was a great afternoon out (Catamaran Cruise).
There is one attraction to mention in particular. We booked to see Cirque De Soleil as they were touring there. We had a problem with the tickets, which was completely our fault! As we had a contact number I decided to call and see if there was anything they could do. The two people that dealt were absolutely amazing. They managed to sort everything out for us, really helpful and we went to the show which was amazing.
I would definitely use this website again and will be recommending to friends.

I bought two tickets for the Tower of London for November 2nd a couple of days ago but the tickets have not been emailed through to me yet. I thought I was meant to receive them within 2 hours?
I've just bought tickets to Moulin Rouge Paris and I'm a bit concerned as they were the only site with early show time tickets available. Anyone had past experience please?
We bought tickets through 365 tickets to Moulin Rouge Paris last year. We had no problems with our tickets when we presented them at the theatre. They were the best deal around which we found at the time.
