It is a shame that I have to rate Youngs Boat Yard with even a single star?

They don't deserve one.

I placed an order with Youngs Boat Yard. Several weeks later I am without my goods. They refuse to answer the phone and I send emails daily. The only reply I get is:

Thank you for your email. Our office is now closed until 9.00am tomorrow morning. We will be able to respond to your enquiry then.

Thank you.

Young's Boat Yard

Check around on other sites. I'm not the only one complaining about this particular firm. Exercise extreme caution prior to using them.
