The Product Simply Works. This Product Is Awesome.
The product simply works. This product is awesome. At the very least it's a great addition/supplement to any well rounded personal fitness program. At best, and some people could use it this way, it's a comprehensive total full body fitness system- totally in and of itself! It is a great supplement to use in the P90X workouts for the pushups and core work, but it's certainly great standing alone with it's own specific workouts etc. The set up video was concise, clear and easy to follow. The straps work great. The door anchor does what it's supposed to do. I can see that the workouts are legit because I feel it after going through the first workout. I'm totally happy with it.
The price is wroth end and the fast shipping time is also apperciated.
