Bought a treadmill last November 09 and have has nothing but issues from delivery to the machine not working! Managed to find a phone number for this company Got my money back eventualy. Hope this helps.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was employed by this company and left due to my disgust at the way they do business! They are basically con artists! They don't actually have a technical department or know anything about treadmills. They deliberately ignore phone calls and emails and even mock customers when they plea for answers!!If your awaiting a refund you could be waiting up to 6 months or not at all!!! BEWARE!

DO NOT USE!! I bought a treadmill from this company in September it has now stopped working. I have had one standard email from them saying they will respond within 5-7 working days. One month on still waiting. I am emailing them daily on the hope they get fed up but if not will be contacting trading standards, watchdog and a solicitor. Should have realised by the unprofessional delivery men that they sent and not accepted the goods.

Treadmill superstore - Good machines advertised however i will not recommend anyone to buy from there. When we need technical support (Repair) we are asked to fill in on line application, hoping that someone will get back to us, i have been waiting for two weeks now to get my machine repaired, since it cut off and fuse blew whilst running - helath & safety issue!!!!!!!!

Please do not use this company, I bought a treadmill it packed up after a few months. When trying to ask for help they will tell you they will sort something out but nothing happens. I've never come across such poor custoemr service and there is obviously something seriously wrong with the quality of the products.

Do not do business with this company or website. Customer service is dreadful...they will not respond to queries or issues. There is no phone # to call or person to speak with. Our treadmill broke within 8 months. We wrote for repairs and after several weeks were sent a new part to install on our own with no instructions. It did not work. We wrote several requests for help with no response until the warranty period wore out. Now we are paying out of pocket for repairs. It seems to be a cheap middle-man operation. It is frustrating and I regret purchasing from them. I would recommend staying away.

I brought a treadmill in sept 2009 delivery great worked great, the i pod packed up, they sent me a new head unit to fit which i did, it worked for a few days then packed up again, since then they have not responded to my emails or answer phone messages, i have even written to them the treadmill is not working at all now,and can't get hold of any customer sales staff. please do not use this company, i will be going to the office of fair trading to see what can be done to bring this company to at least respond I too wish had seen the reviews before purchasing

I have rated this with one star because I cannot rate it with no stars, otherwise I would. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THI COMPANY! After sales service is none existant and whilst the machines look okay when taken out of the box, it seems things go wrong quite fast. Problems can happen with any new product but this company does not respond to after sales service. I find today that the phone line is disconnected! They do not respond to their preferred method of contact...... email! AVOID!!

WARNING! I have had an equally difficult and stressful time with Treadmill Superstore. Why on earth didn't I see these reviews before I parted with my cash so gullibly?

Impossible customer services/tech support system - phone always busy - preferred method email but they never reply. I was sure they had ceased trading & would never get my money back!! (Even more convinced of this when all items now listed as 'out of stock' on website - though this is presumably preventing other folk ordering, thank god).

TIP 1 - always press 1 when they say all lines are busy & you do sometimes get through straight away.

TIP 2 - keep a written record of EVERY contact. I was just about to contact trading standards when I resolved the situation - but would have needed good record to take my complaint further.

TIP 3 - pay with a credit card NOT a debit card - far too risky with such a naf company.

Treadmill arrived on time but frame so badly damaged it could not (according to their customer services after 12 attempts to reach them) be repaired. Waited weeks for them to arrange collection & then I finally got back in touch & got direct number of delivery firm to arrange collection myself. 'On delivery back at warehouse you will be refunded immediately' HA HA.

No further contact, 2 weeks later I managed to get back in touch to be told they couldn't trace the collection. FORTUNATELY (Tip 4) I took a photo of the collection note - delivery men said they couln't leave a copy! I was also fortunate to have already been given number of delivery company.

Delivery company confirmed, after much pressing, that the treadmill was still with them as TS hadn't paid their owed dues.

Customer services accepted my evidence - I emailed the photo of the collection note - that it had actually been collected and.....MIRACLE....today I am refunded. I can hardly believe it.

NEVER NEVER BUY from this company - put me off buying from any other treadmill supplier too.

treadmill superstore are thief's had the same sort of horror story as the rest on here apart from they collected i about two to three weeks and i had it delivered but not no call answering or emails AND NO REFUND just disappeared with my money. i have found with a whois web search they have about 5 different trading names from same address this will be passed on to trading standards aswell who are dealing with it in some sort of way. but if me and gym/rugby mates to ask for money back i'll then be in the wrong.
