Ordered a cue from this company .top of the cue,what a joke this mob is,they don't answer the phone ,they don't answer emails,my cue took 3 weeks to come,why I don't know they never took the time to tell me,i had to tell them I was opening a case against them with paypal,then they posted the cue ,PLEASE DONT USE THIS MOB!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!

Ordered a cue and extension for delivery to Australia. Was told it would take 2 days to receive a tracking number and 2 weeks for delivery. 4 days later, contacted them asking for my tracking number, was told to wait another 2 days. Waited two days, then was told to wait until the end of the week.

It's now 2 weeks after order, I have not received a tracking number and can only assume my cue hasn't been posted.

i ordered a leather one piece cue case 23.5.13 received order confirmation and dispatch receipt and was told it would be with me the following wednesday 30.5.13, gave them an extra day before contacting them, today i talked to them and they delightfully told me the case was out of stock and that i could have a full refund which is fine, but i not only had to take the day off work to be in when it was delivered but im told the money could take 7 days depending on banks to get back to me.

no apology, an awful company to deal with, stay clear and buy from elsewhere.

they are rude, arrogant and very dismissive of you when they are clearly in the wrong.....avoid at all costs.

this could have all been avoided if they told me they were out of stock

I bought a Riley 6ft 6 folding pool table from topofthecue before Christmas and was very happy with the product itself, the value for money - it was £100 less than other websites - and with the customer service.

I had a few queries about the packaging - I wasn't sure if it would go up the stairs, and found topofthecue's customer service got back to me promptly and were always helpful.

I would recommend them and will use them again to buy pool accessories (cues, balls etc).

I cannot overstate what a super company Top of the Cue has been to deal with. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

Even though there was a slight problem with my purchase (not their fault) Top of the Cue customer service was always on hand to advise and take charge of the situation and at no time was it difficult to contact them.

No need to hesitate about using this company - highly recommend them.

No email content. Did not answer phone. Gave incorrect info when I spoke to them and ignored my complaint email. No good . Try another company. I did receive my cue eventually but more by luck than any customer care!!!

I bought one peradon cue and Peradon Extension from top of the cue and obviously they charged me additional cost to ship to USA but the delivery price was quite reasonable. But they sent me the wrong extension in error. I was really worried at that time. When I reported them they replied me back within 30mins and apologized me and sent me the correct one within 3 to 4 working days. The best thing about this company is they replied to all of my emails within 30mins. Their price is best on internet at least 30-40pound less than other company. I’ll definitely use topofthecue in future and recommended to all of my friends.

Selected this snooker / pool table due to reputable brand and positive feedback. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was fast and efficient. Unfortunately the table had sustained minor damage in delivery - however, the team were easy to contact, friendly, helpful and extreemly efficient, collecting the damaged table and delivering a replacement within a couple of days (in time for my son's birthday). The table is good quality, easy to assemble, use and store and my we've already had hours of fun playing pool, snooker and darts. Many thanks 'topofthecue' - great service, great product. Would defimnitely recomend tio others.
