Ordered a coat that was too small, sent it back immediately. A week later they finally said they'd received it but it had marks on it, which is rubbish as I only tried it on.

Its now 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for my £200 refund!! Nobody ever answers the phone in the store. I email every day with no response.

Stay well clear of this shop!

Checked online for telephone number of local store (Lower Langford) called number, left a message asking if they were open. Message service said to leave a contact number and they would get back. Nothing happened.

We decided to go there a few days later - after checking opening hours. It said it was Open. We got there to find the shop empty. Someone came to the door and talking through the closed door told me they were closed for refurbishment.

So, why did it not say that online or on the answer phone message? Surely it can't take a few seconds to keep your website current? Won't be bothering to use this store in future.

Still waiting for delivery after 3 times given. Rubbish!!

Ordered a Northface Nanavik Jacket. Excellent price. Took more than a week to arrive. Was needed by this weekend so that kindly delivered on next day at no extra cost. When jacket arrived it was a different colour than the one we had ordered but the product has been updated online to match the one that arrived. Also the one that arrived was cheaper (not by much) too.

Called to express my disappointment. Was happy with explanation that product ordered had last seasons photo when ordered but product that arrived was this seasons. Although the colony orders was the one we wanted we had no choice but to keep the one that arrived as it was needed and it was too late to order elsewhere.

A refund to match the reduced price was offered and accepted.

I can't fault the customer service. I wish I'd taken the gentleman's name as he was delightful.

The website could be clearer that product might not be exactly as shown on the website.

All in all I think I will shop here again. The prices can't be beaten and the customer service is excellent. I'll just be more aware that products may be subject to seasonal change by the manufacturer.

Just bought a North Face Parka from Tog Store. Really good price which was what drew me to there site in the first place. But from the moment I rang about sizing etc to receiving the goods they gave the personal touch. Made a big difference from some of the experiences I have had online. I'll definately be recommending them and will he ordering again soon.

Firstly I liked the fact that the google search produced the Tog Store on the first page of the search results with an image and the price.

Secondly, the order, payment, verification and delivery was swift and efficient. Unlike other bigger sellers (think of the first one that comes to your mind), the website did not confuse me with obscure delivery dates so I did not have to guess whether I would receive the goods tomorrow or in 5 to 8 calendar days.

Most importantly, the jacket that I bought was about 25% cheaper than elsewhere and was delivered as described.

This store is now bookmarked and it will be the first point of search for my other items.

Best price on the net for the jacket I wanted to get my wife. I contacted them for help on sizing and the advice was spot on. Was offered and exchange if it didn't fit but I'm pleased to say I don't need to return it.
