The worst shop I have ever dealt with. Totally stonewall you when you have a reasonable complaint and just refuse to engage. sent the wrong product and refused a refund. Really unpleasant to deal with, I have heardthey have a no refund under any circumstances from other peole since. Also now know very overpiced, avoid and shop elsewhere

The person I dealt with was unbelievably quick helping me with my request. I couldn't find my tracking number and he was super helpful! The product was shipped next day as I spent over £200 and I am absolutely in love with the Jacket! 1 very happy shopper here and I will most definitely be back in the future!

bought a bag online and changed my mind on the colour sent it back and with in 48hrs had a replacement bag perfect customer service

I was misled to believe they will assist with handling a damage to Kanken backpack previously purchased from them online, but eventually they added more fees that they have never mentioned before and generally provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced, sometimes responding with one liners to detailed questions and responses and even implying they will not return my backpack to me. Spent over a month of back and forth until I gave up.

Steer clear, for your own sake. You can get the same for less money without running the risk of this kind of customer service if anything goes wrong with the product.

I ordered a duffel bag from TSL, and waited at home all day for the scheduled delivery. When it didn't arrive, they fobbed me off with cursory responses about looking into it and then simply ignored me. Luckily I had paid by credit card and was able to claim through them otherwise TSL would have happily left me out of pocket to the tune of £140. I escalated again and pretty much had the same performance, just with more sympathetic language in the messages but same result. AVOID.

The service provided by The Sporting Lodge is first class. As a fan of Fjallraven The Sporting Lodge stocks a great range of products. Even when a recent product was not in stock The Sporting Lodge staff were brillant at getting it in and delivering it within a very short period of time without trouble or fuss.

What was really nice was that The Sporting Lodge honoured the product special offer and kept in contact with updates on progress and arrival times. In summary The Sporting Lodge were helpful and friendly with a personal touch that makes you feel a valued cutomer. I will certainly use their services again.
