I paid a premium for next day delivery. Springfields accepted my payment yet it took them over a week to deliver. When I asked for a refund, they refused point blank and told me it was my fault for choosing this option at such a busy time of year. Why then did they happily accept my premium payment if they knew they couldn't deliver on time?

Dubious company and terrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. There 5 star reviews are from many years ago and do not reflect the current terrible service they are now offering!!!

I decided to gp on a bushcraft weekend and I had to take some kit with me, so after abit of digging around on google shopping I had found the best overall price at springfields.co.uk. There website had everything in a 'bushcraft' section and delivery was free - I can't grumble at hassle free shopping really.
