Enquired online about replacement arm for adidas evil eye pro glasses. I had snapped the hinge. Two minutes later I received a phone call. The member of staff explained how to remove the old hinge. No need to buy a new arm and hinge which would have cost roughly £50. Just buy the hinge £10.99 and £1 postage. Absolutely over the moon delighted with the service. The new hinge will be here by Friday. Thankyou so much. Many a business would have sole me the arm regardless. Brilliant.

Had managed to break what I thought was the arm of my Adidas sports glasses. So ordered up a replacement from SSO. The next day a lady from Customer Service rang me to query if I really needed the arm or just a new hinge, and talked me through how to check. The silvering on my ancient but favourite Adidas Sport Prescription Sunglasses suddenly deteriorated. Customers services not only sorted out what alternative would fit but also moved heaven and high earth to get the order to me in time for my holiday. The lack of planning was entirely my fault but I'm so grateful to the company for keeping me informed about what and when my delivery would arrive. The lenses arrived well packaged and 24 hours before I was expecting them. I will definitely use this company again, so helpful.

I contacted this company on line whilst on holiday abroad. The bridge on my sunglasses had deteriorated in the sun and needed replacing.

My reason for the contact was this particular bridge I could not source from elsewhere and it needed a degree of specialism in first identifying the type required.

I eagerly opened my new sunglasses (which were bought at an outlet shopping venue), but to my dissapointment there was no sweat blocker attached to the glasses.

Therefore googled a website which could provide me with the missing part. Much to my dissapointment they didn't have the one I required, I therefore emailed the company after hours, and to my suprise I had a response. Going on holiday tomorrow and realised the bridge on my sunglasses was broken. I contacted SSO who sourced and dispatched immediately with next day delivery. Piece arrived on time and fits perfectly. Communication was amazing. Would highly recommend.

I needed a new front frame for my Adidas Terrex Pro glasses, snapped in a ski accident. These come with several accessories as well as prescription inserts, so to replace the lot would be well over £350. Unfortunately Adidas has discontinued the product line.

Enter Sports Shades Online. They advertised the replacement part on their website, but, unsurprisingly, had none in stock. Not a problem. SSO contacted Adidas and arranged for them to make one for me as a non-returnable special order, correct even down to the colour match, and all for under 1/3rd the replacement cost.

The whole process took less than 4 days and I was kept informed at each stage. Pity my broken ribs will take rather longer to repair themselves.
