Having ordered two different size wetsuits for my daughter to try, we received two of the same size.

This is understandable, and even acceptable that a mistake can be made.... however the returns process, and then the attitude of the Customer Service staff in handling the return is frankly shocking.

Ignoring the fact that returns need to be paid for by the customer returning the goods, it has now taken almost 7 weeks to even get Soles Up Front to acknowledge the item has been returned (they are not admitting receiving the goods), and there's no sign of a refund either.

An absolute shambles of a company, and an embarrassment of a customer service policy.

I ordered a pair of neoprene sailing boots and was supplied with a pair of rubber Sailing wellies. The arrogant lady when I phoned claimed that the substitute was more expensive so I should be happy.If I wanted wellies I would order wellies. It cost £6.55 to return the item and they refused to refund claiming that the insoles were missing. I hadn't even unpacked them! No hint of an apology or my £40. Small claims, I think

I forgot to specify the colour of the wetsuit when I ordered it and so sent an email to the supplier. The next day I received a reply and my colour preference was added to the order. Delivery was very quick.. Unfortunately I had to return the wetsuit as it was too small ( my fault for not ordering one large enough)and did not have time to get a larger size due to it being needed 2 days later. The suit was returned and a refund was given without any issues. I would definitely shop here again and recommend the site to anyone.

no problems until you try and return items. you not only have to pay return postage but also a restocking charge which equals £6 on an item costing £13.50.

when asked about returns before ordering they omit to tell you of this.

I had to return a childs wet suit which didnt fit the cost was £13.50 and recieved £6.50 back plus had to pay postage at £3.00, very dissatisfied with this company and their customer service.

Was also quoted one price and charged another on the invoice.

Be very careful if ordering from this company unless your sure your going to keep the goods.

Perfect wetsuit. Bargain price!! Delivered next day (With FREE postage too) THe 5/3 wetsuit is hard to get into (Try and put a plastic bag on your foot and it will slip in with ease)

My TWF 5/3mm wetsuit from http:www.solesupfront.com came in 2 days. fits like a glove. Now i can go surfing next week in Newquay and keep nice an tostie. This is the 4th time i have orderd from these guys, 10/10 of service, quality and price. I Will buy from them again.

Jack is a keen swimmer and since it is often cold at our local pool, I was keen to try the solesupfront wetsuit out.

It's easy to put on - simply open up the top, let him step into it and fasten the velcro straps on each shoulder. It also has a velcro opening at the bottom for handy nappy-changes prior to or during swimming.

The best thing about this jacket is the fact that it keeps babies warmer for longer. Despite all of Jack's frantic splashing around, he often gets cold very quickly and we have to get out before his lips turn too blue! I noticed a definite difference with the jacket on - he stayed warmer for longer and could enjoy the water for up to half an hour as opposed to the usual 10-15 minutes.

He enjoys wearing it too. At first glance I thought I might have a task on my hands in tempting him to slip it on but quite the contrary - he loves it and now goes looking for it when he fancies a trip to the pool.

The only thing I would say is to check sizes, Jack is just 2 and the 2 year old jacket is slightly too small for him - a bigger size will ensure longer useage, especially if your toddler is tall like mine.

Highly recommended for all keen swimmers - especially if you want to be the talk of the pool!
