I ordered a ski jacket from Snow Central UK prior to my ski trip at the beginning of March 2015. I chose this sight due to competitive pricing but it tipped another website due to the 'Free Next Day Delivery' that they advertise. My jacket took 7 days to arrive, yes 7, by which time we had already left to go on our ski trip. I had messaged them but heard nothing back and when I phoned, there was no answer. My neighbour took the package in and on my return when opening it, there was only a scrumpled piece of paper with the price and order number on with the jacket. I paid to return the item via special delivery but had no Returns Form to complete. I enclosed a note explaining why I had to return the jacket. Over a week later I eventually received a refund with no email confirming this, plus they had the audacity of deducting a £5 postage cost off the jacket amount, even though I had paid this. I have emailed twice since and still not heard back. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and for the sake of saving £5 or £10 would never choose to use this company again and definitely would NOT recommend them!
