After my order, 4 unanswered mails. Only the intervention of the site of payment allowed to have my order

This took 1 month ...

Tried to contact them 3 times by email and have also sent a letter regarding an issue with a product but they haven`t had the decency to respond.

Very poor service so won`t be givng them any more custom.

I have just received my order from Selo Shop (www.seloshop.co.uk) and my kids are over the moon. The service is excellent and delivery times is very quick. I will be back for more very soon.

I recently purchased an item from Selo shop online and found the whole experience more than adequate. I would highly recommend Selo shop to any one who is concidering buying a product from this web site.

Also the delivery was very fast and efficient.

I bought Zoggs Preditor flex goggles from seloshop last monday as I was going on holiday the following week. The goggles arrived 2 days late, but I was not very happy with the style. So, I contacted their customer service, and asked if it would be Ok to swap the goggles, for another model.

To, my suprise they responded within 2 hours, and I arranged for another pair to be sent out straight away. I was told to return the goggles I have after my holiday.

I have been shopping online for many years now with some great experiences but some bad ones as well. However, this company has to fit the top 10 so far. I will be using them again no questions asked.
