Received my parcel super fast as stated when ordered,however my parcel was damaged and had to send back and that took an extra week, after stressing to them I was going away and needed it back they were slow to re ship and I lost a lot of money on my trip, I will not be using ronnie sunshines in the future

I placed an order with one of Ronnie Sunshine's telesales representatives on Friday 13th of December because their website was down. I am absolutely furious because the presents had not arrived a week later. I checked my credit card and payment was not taken.

Therefore, it is clear that the telesales person completely messed up my children's Christmas.

Thanks for ruining my children's Christmas Ronnie Sunshines.

I ordered a Carbon Steel blade from these guys ... It was out of stock so they sent me out a cheaper stainless steel one.

I admitted to shaving a piece of wood before I noticed the error and I had to buy the blade that I neither wanted nor ordered.

Had to phone them 4 times to get talking about the error, each time being told to call back in 10 minutes.

There are better more reliable places than this to get your outdoor goods.

I was purchasing a couple of items as a birthday gift and had been let down by a *different* retailer, so was a little cagey about delivery times (I live in the Scottish Highlands). I ordered the same items from Ronnie Sunshines: who stated a delivery date of three to four days - which would have been cutting it very close to the big day.

Not only were the items cheaper than the other retailer (one item by a whole £10), but I was exceptionally pleased when both items arrived the very next day - with plenty of time to spare (I did order first thing in the morning though).

Items were well priced, well packaged and as mentioned: a very speedy delivery. I would certainly use them again.

Wow what can i say, I'd been looking for a decent scope for some time had looked a few reviews on here & decided to buy the Viper scope from Viper & boy did I make the right choice. It's a blooming great scope but the serivce from ronnie sunshines was second to none, I ordered at 2pm yet the scope arrived 9am the next day via courier! Emails when the order left Ronnie's then an email at 7am stating the order would arrive between 8:30 & 9:30am, now that's what I call service. Will defiantly buy from ronnie sunshines again.
