I bought some Fox shorts from Ride Direct. the zip failed after 2 months so I called Ride Direct who told me it was nothing to do with them and to contact Fox. They have refused to help with repair, replace or refund. Which is completely against consumer law.

I called Fox direct and they confirmed that whilst the shorts have a 2 year warranty, they won't deal with me directly and I have to go through Ride Direct.

So, I'm left with broken shorts and neither the retailer or the manufacturer are willing to help.

One week after ordering still no item and no response to chase up email. First and last time using this company!

Never used these guys before, but after searching for some new motorbike inner tubes they came up the cheapest online. I placed the order on Sunday night opting for the free delivery option as I didn't need them urgently.

Received an email Monday afternoon saying they had been sent out to me and received them Tuesday afternoon. Talk about 1st class service! I am well impressed with how quick they send orders out and the fact they email you to let you know they are on the way.

These guys used DPD couriers who send you a text letting you know a timeslot when the package should be delivered. Brilliant.

I will without a doubt be a repeat customer at Ridedirect!! These guys are now my first port of call when looking for anything to do with my bike.

Ride Direct not only split a new item for me to get a part to go away on holiday leaving themselve to sort out a new item, but they shipped immediately and it arrived 24 hours later. By the way it was also the most competitive online price and I am a completely new customer.

All I can say is fantastic attitde and service....would I shop again ....yes. Would I recommend ....absolutely.

I went to ride direct for a full race kit. They were a great help I got a awesome helmet made by Scott & a full Answer Sync pant,jersey,gloves & Dragon MDX nerve red goggles all for great price!!! They also got the jerseys printed up for me. If you want great service then ride direct is the place to go!!

I have been looking for some new riding kit and tried Ride direct online they have a good range and some good deals to be had! would recommend and give them a try ordered my kit and tracked its progress online I got every thing I ordered.

Was looking for ages on line when i found Ride Direct.

I really wanted some trick MX Goggles. Everyone else was doing the normal Smith, Scott and Oakley Goggles.

Ride Direct had some real trick Dragon Goggles with Iridium Lens. When i looked though there was a trick RockStar Goggle.

Wow I can't wait to wear these on Sunday the other guys are going to be well Jel!
