Terrible experience. I wanted to pass the CBT on my own motorcycle. The instructor didn't like my bike's exhaust pipe (too loud). Even though I just passed the MOT. I suggested renting their motorbike. To which the he replied that they do not accept payments on the same day. If you don't want to just donate £180 don't use this company. I strongly do not recommend.

Dealt with them initially via website and then by phone due to me changing my mind about the board I needed.

Super friendly service which went above and beyond what you normally expect. Obviously not a massive chain with loads of branches and all the better for it.

As it happened they had the best price on the board I wanted, but would certainly consider buying from them again even if they weren't quite the cheapest.

The trade in process on my old board was straightforward and painless too. OK I might have got a few more quid selling it on ebay, but I doubt it would have been worth the hassle.

Can't wait to get out to Austria to try the new board now!

The customer service I received was outstanding. I have been searching for this board everywhere and as it was last season's I was having a real job to find it in my size. Re-ride had it and what's more they held it for me until I could go to work and use Paypal as my home internet was not working and I only had email on my phone- no Paypal. This was all sorted out on a Saturday too when I was not expecting a reply!

I ordered it as soon as I got to work on Monday morning and I had the board by Tuesday lunchtime. Amazing! The board itself is beautiful and I can't wait to ride it.

Had an old board I wanted to sell but cba going through the ebay route or forum add hassle Found ReRide on google and sent them an email with my boards specs and photos.

Very quick reply with how much it would be worth as a trade in and a reasonable price. Pre-ordered one of the 2012 never summer boards with the trade in discount and sent my board off to them (They even sent me a board bag first so it would be safe in transit.)

They emailed me back promptly once my old board had arrived and they were happy with it.

As soon as the board I pre-ordered came in they shipped it out next day delivery.

Great service and communication from Russell... definitely recommended and I will be contacting them again when I'am bored of this board ;D

I was impressed that this was the only website offering old snowboard trade-ins, I decided it was time for an upgrade on my old board. From the word go the website was easy to use and the customer service were very responsive.

I had my new board exactly on time as expected and it was well packaged. I am pleased with the overall service and will definitely be using them again. (I noticed they had quite a few accessories) - I used my new board 2 weeks ago and loved it.
