i bought dare2b fleece from regatta outlet. it was lot smaller then normal.it wasn't worth sending it back due to return postage but i wanted to post review so someone else could be benefited.but you cant post review. customer care says feature is unavailable.

ordered some socks,sent the wrong amount of socks,phoned and emailed asking to refund me or send me a prepaid returns label,the women i spoke to on the 5 march was very rude to me and didnt want to know

I purchased a coat from Regatta Great Outdoors a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed with it when it arrived.

I was also very shocked to find out that the my order did not include a returns label and that I had to purchase one at the price of £3.50!

After returning the order I had to wait a further week for the monies to be refunded only to find out that Regatta had not refunded the original P&P costs of £3.95.

So just for ordering something online and returning it cost me a grand total of £7.45!

It goes without saying that I will never be purchasing from Regatta online again and I will be recommending that my friends and family do the same.

It would help if customers are totally aware of this upfront.

Not happy to be honest as I ordered a coat and it was way bigger than expected for the size guide. So big I had to return and of course at my cost so in the end I lose on the postage to receive it and also the postage to return it. Never again.

Product: Ok so I am 5ft 11 and usually take a large size in most things, especially jackets. So I ordered a large size. it was like putting on my dad's coat when I was 10 years old. I think the reason they are in the sale is because the size is completely wrong. It is not a large , it is an extra extra large. very disappointed . I had to pay the psotage return so in the end I paid £27 including postage and got £20 refunded(still waiting). Last time I order from Regatta. If the sizing is innacurate then there is no point ordering online.

Regattaoutlet and collectplus are a joke . After more than 10 days and 5 calls to customer service for the code to pick up my already arrived items , the solution regatta gave me was to cancel my order and reorder again , not to mention the money and time i spend waiting on the phone for someone to answer . Not pleased , i will never buy from them again . I would give them 0 stars if possible .

I am slightly addicted to bargains and before I buy anything I can spend hours online searching for the best deal. I am a big fan of Regatta products, so when I found this website/shop, I could not believe my eyes: it was a bargain-addict heaven! Great value, good choice of products. All you can possibly want from online shopping. The only thing I did not like (though I can perfectly understand the reason for it) was that some items were available in a limited range of sizes, sometimes mine was not on the list.

Good quality outdoor gear for a fraction of the high street cost - for an outlet store the selection of items available is really good.

I ordered on a Friday afternoon and the goods were with me by Wednesday lunch time, which was well within their stated delivery time.

Items themselves were as described on the site and packed securely.

Would definitely use again.

I've been buying clothes from Regatta outlet for sometime now and always find the clothes smart, high in quality and very affordable.

Being disabled and not having a great amounts of money these clothes will last a long time which saves me a lot. I don't need to drive to the city shops, find parking, find the shops to purchase the goods and travel back again.......here you just purchase the clothes, low cost delivery and get sent straight to my door......cant be bad ;)

I've bought trousers, T-shirts, shirts for myself and even got clothes for the wife. Going on holiday soon and it will be nice to travel in comfortable clothes and throughout the holiday trekking knowing there stand up to the job.

Look forward to using Regatta Outlet in the future......

Am well impressed with Regatta Outlet: Lots of Regatta products at heavily reduced prices.

Website is easy to use, staff are very friendly if you got a question or two.

Bought two pairs of shoes - the quality is fab.
