RECEIVED GOODS (2 PAIRS OF SKATES COSTING £100). ONE OF THE BOXES WAS A DISGRACE AND I WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED AS IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. CONTACTED RAWK ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT BOX. NO REPLY. CONTACTED AGAIN. STILL NO REPLY. DELIVERY WAS VERY QUICK BUT AFTER CARE IS NON EXISTENT.

My little boy loves his scooter, I found you were the cheapest site to buy this product( MGP ) and what made it better was the 10/ discount offer you had on.

Delivery was very fast and the text service keeping me upto date on when the product was arriving was very good if only all companies used this.

My eldest boy has been pestering us to get him a new Madd Scooter for months and we decided to buy a Custom White MADD VX2 PRO SCOOTER from Rawk. We wanted to buy from a local company - we're Dorset based (Poole) and have previously bought from Rawk without disappointment.

The scooter was delivered on time and in perfect condition. My son's really happy and has been putting it through it's paces over the past few months. I understand that Madd are a good make anyway so you'd expect it to last but it has taken a battering and is still working A.O.K apart from some bearings that needed replacing (due to wear and tear) Last week I called Rawk as I didn't know what bearings I should chose and their customer service was amazing. After chatting to Tom I purchased my bearings these and because I earned reward points that I hadn't previously redeemed they were almost free!

Very happy with Rawk - would highly recommend them to any parent who has a 9 year old and want's a Madd Scooter!
