Pyramydair is just an AMAZING WEBSITE!!! I was looking for a good site to buy Airguns that ship to Canada and when I found pyramyd air I didn't have to look ANY FURTHER!!! I was skeptical about buying Airguns online and being worried about customs here in Canada not letting it in, but after talking to someone from pyramyd air they fully ensured me my transaction will go smooth and will not have a problem receiving the package! Their customer service is just AMAZAING!!! Do not listen to those other people saying this sucks they just idiots! I placed an order on Saturday afternoon it got shipped out first thing Monday and I received it 2 DAYS LATER!!!! When they said 5-7 business days! After receiving and inspecting both my Airguns I bought I noticed my UMAREX HPP has already been open so after a single email to erika from pyramyd air sales department she asked me if the FedEx box was open or just the package witch I replied just the package, without any HASSEL OR FURTHER QUESTIONS she went soo far as making a whole NEXT order and is sending meh a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT and she also stated I will NOT have to ship the pistol that came in the open package back! It's been ONLY 2 DAYS since I received my package and they have Already shipped out the brand new replacement pistol for FREE OF CHARGE that will arrive by WEDS!!!! now how can ppl say this site sucks and their customer service is horrible! That is TRULY NOT THE CASE!!! THE PRICE for any GUN I FOUND WAS the CHEAPEST HERE!!, CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING, people say their guns are cheap price and cheap quality but that's just BS!! HIGH TOP END QUALITY!! Now go ahead and make your order with PYRAMYD AIR I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, YOU will be a new loyal customer like how I am! I like their website and the way they handle with anything to make sure CUSTOMER IS HAPPY!!! Bought 2 co2 pistols from their and I'll tell you right now I will NOT BE MY LAST ORDER FROM THEM!!! You will NOT FIND A CHEAPER PRICE AND THEY SHIP TO CANADA GUYS!!!! I know as I live in Toronto Ontario!!!

Very Good and prompt site. I bout a week ago an airsoft gun and it came in 4 days. Good thing is that they work with FedEx! tracking number works good not like USPS ...

Overall what i ordered was in excellent working condition.

Watch out for the Pyramyd Air return policy. Also keep all e-mails as they will try to say you have no warrenty.

I used to order from them exclusively and have spent thousands of dollars there. Things went smooth until there was a shipping issue (lots of people have issues with their overnight shipping and delivery) with my overnight package (not shipped when promised). From there things went downhill to where another order right after that one was also not shipped when promised. I also haven't seen any refunds due from my first order as well as the second order (shipping refund for a missed day). I'm never ordering from them again...

Their prices aren't very competitive even with a 10% coupon which they readily provide, which brings you to around the going price anyway. Do a little shopping around (especially for larger purchases) and you'll find other airgun dealers who take pride in what they do. They take good care of you, hand check your orders to ensure you don't get lemons and you'll have a better shopping experience with them. In my opinion, Pyramyd Air has just gotten too big to where they no longer provide the type of service many long for from smaller businesses. They simply grab what you order, chuck it in a box and have their carrier throw it in a truck.

I liked how promptly the website responded to my order, and shipped. They also made sure that I got a non-broken gun .I liked the customer service of Pyramydair, and plan to use it for future orders.

Ok prices! But i can find a lot of stuff that is cheaper on a different web site than on theirs! Lots of stuff to choose from!

I would go with this web site, just if you want your package at your house faster, pay for faster shipping!

The Pyramid Air website was not updated to show availability... It says some things are out of stock, leading me to believe others would be IN stock. Not so.Horrible shipping prices, and inflexible on which shipping they will use.

Pyramydair is the best online store if you like air guns. The store is set up logically, so you can find all your stuff with ease. Prices are the best in the business when it comes to a reputable store. Most others are a few to several percent higher in price.

The tabs at the top of the page direct you to the right place, and they are catagorized so that airsoft is separate from regular air rifles and pistols. Paintballers can find all they need as well, right from the front page.

The items represent a wide spectrum of prices, from the very cheapest toy guns to competition rifles that cost thousands.

Pyramyd Air also carry parts and accessories. You can find all calibers of pellets and paintballs. There is tactical gear for airsoft players and paintballers. Airgun cleaning supplies, pellet traps, ranges, and more.

There is too much stuff to list in this review. If you love airsoft, pellet guns, paintball or bb guns, look no further than Pyramydair! They will take care of you.
