I ordered accidentally two pairs of the same tennis shoes and informed them about the mistake right away. Their response was to send the other pair back and they would then refund. Send the other pair back, but never received the money back. Never even got any response to any of my emails. This is criminal, but what can you do ??

Placed order, order status showed goods allocated. No goods within 9days, so phoned to find out where they were. Got told that items were on back order, no date known! Only read other reviews while on hold! I agree with majority, AVOID this company.

Shame can't give minus ratings. Definitely NOT recommend. Bought Rugby Body armour for my son on behalf of his grand-parents for christmas on 16 December via the site 'www.sportsequipment2u'. Money taken same day. Goods not arrived - no reply to e-mails nor any answer on phones (have tried all companies). There are a group of companies all under the same parent company, the other companies are: www.asicsrunningshoesonline.co.uk, www.hellyhansenonlineshop.co.uk and www.discountlightingdirect.co.uk. Reporting all companies to various bodies to take next steps.

Ordered squash tops and running socks for a gift. Money taken 4 days after order and still waiting. Numerous e-mails;returned as undeliverable. Endless phone calls; just rings and then asks for a security code and cuts you off. I am so angry, and hate being ripped off. I will pursue this and clearly never use or recommend this useless company.

Ordered two weeks ago. Payment taken immediately. Goods clearly not dispatched. They do not answer the phone. Contacted the Office of Fair Trading. Avoid like the plague.

They took the money off my card right away for goods that I ordered at the start of dec, called them on Monday to find out where my stuff was they said they would look into it and call me back, they didn't!!! Called again on Tuesday after 50 odd calls someone eventually answered and said they would look into it and get back to me, they didn't. Have called about 30 times today it's either ringing out or engaged, starting to get very angry as it was Christmas presents. Thinking of calling my credit card company to see what they can do about getting my money back.

I ordered a Helly Hilton (HH) ski jacket from Pure Sports/Pro4Sports that was 'in stock' on 15 November, the money left my account almost immediately, I got an email 3 days later saying that the product was not available, they offered me an alternative which I was unable to find on their website but in any case was unsuitable so I requested a refund. On 30 Nov I contacted them again regarding the status of my refund and enquiring whether I could request a HH Plenty instead, they contacted me 2 days later saying yes and that I would receive a refund of the difference.

I am still waiting for both my refund and the replacement item despite being told I would receive the item by next day delivery and the refund would be processed straight away.

I have just found this site it doesn't fill me with confidence of seeing my £152 pounds which I can't afford to lose, and along with many of the other complainants I will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading

the criminals took my money but i never got my order! i cancelled my oder, but i got no answer!

Purchased trainers for a birthday present, goods have never arrived.Constantly telephoned all departments including sales where no-one answered or call was disconnected. Money was luckily taken on credit card to the company name of Pure Cricket, contacted card fraud dept it is now in their hands.

Awful company. Ordered a product that was 'in stock'. Cash left my account immediately. Got an email saying that the product was not available. Requested a refund. Still waiting. Will be contacting the office of fair trading in the next week.
