I wanted a Lezyne floor pump. Searched online and Primera have it online. So i emailed Thursday night. By Saturday Morning still no replied so i went to their Bournemouth store. Ask where the pumps were and was told they only have 2. So i ask about the Lezyne. The store assistant looked bur mused and asked someone else. They looked online and told me.

"We dont stock it as the Specialized pump is better and cheaper ". Why are the advertising on their on there website and its available to buy so they will take your money if you place an order?. Also they have 13 Floor pumps on their website but only 2 in store? Surely thats bad service.

Im still waiting a week later for reply to me email :(

They have an advert on the front page of the local news paper claiming to be the "Best bike shop in the world".

False advertising on my experience.
