I became a customer of Powder City’s when they were still called Health Supplement Wholesalers. (Yeah, the new name’s much better.) They sell lots of different bulk powders, with a focus on nootropics, some of which are otherwise hard to find. I recently got in touch with their customer service to cancel an order (l’d confused betaine anhydrous and betaine HCL — see why I need nootropics!); they complied with great speed and courtesy.

So there. I don’t have much to tell, but in view of Powder City’s prices and customer service, I see no reason to give them less than five stars. If you consider ordering there, however, I recommend subscribing to their mailing list first, for they have regular sales on different products.
