if you enjoy the frustration of wasting your life, time and money, I strongly suggest going to Planet X online and ordering something. I ordered a carbon fibre frame from them, which I am yet to receive, seven weeks ago - despite their 24 guarantee. Their excuse after 5 weeks was that Yodel (their couriers) had lost track of it; then they located it damaged in transit. The frame however could not be replaced because it was the end of the line. I insisted that they send it to me regardless at a discount, which they agreed, but the delivery ordeal started all over again. Claims that they delivered it but I was not in, or it was turned away (at my workplace where I'm the one who works at reception). So here I am sitting in my home again. They promised 3 days ago that it would be here this morning at the very latest, but I just received an email, without apology, that it will here tomorrow.

Take my word for it, whatever offer they may have, Do Not Make Purchases With Planet X. The stress is not worth it.
