Ordered 1 x Dometic Waeco Mobicool U26 12v Coolbox 2014 for £29.95 before midday on 10/04/2015. Received a confirmation of order email almost immediately that stated that a further email would be sent on despatch. Payment was taken from our account evening of the 10th. No despatch email received. Website stated that orders would be despatched same day if received before midday and that estimated delivery is 1-2 days.

Today is 18/04/2015. I have called both the phone number on the website and the Sutterton Caravans phone number on Facebook and left messages requesting contact. I have emailed the address on the website requesting contact. I have heard nothing.

No product, no money, no contact.  I have placed a report with ActionFraud and will be following up with Lincolnshire Police. Don't be duped. Don't use this business.

Despite what the website says, orders are NOT despatched the same day, unless you count printing a label and just leaving the goods in their warehouse.

I ordered an awning SOLELY because the website said it would be despatched the same day.... guess what it wasn't!

I emailed them on the day that should have been after despatch and they did not have the decency to reply.

Later that day the awning was actually collected by the carrier, 30 hours AFTER order.

So in a nutshell don't be fooled by these impolite inefficient suppliers, they will just take your money and ignore you.

I ordered this fridge online Friday morning and it was despatched same day, being delivered by UPS (who don't deliver on a Saturday btw) it arrived Monday lunchtime. Good service, reasonable delivery charges. The fridge itself I wanted because it has a compressor and needed to maintain temperature in a hot climate in Europe later this summer. I'm currently running the fridge to test it and it's very efficient in our UK climate, only needing to be on about No.2 to be close to Zero in temperature! So I have high hopes and expectations for this little bit of kit and hope it's saved me hiring a fridge on site every year. Thank you Pitch & Go for your competitive price and excellent delivery.

I made the puchase at around 6'o'clock on Wednesday evening & even with free delivery the item arrived the following Friday, well packaged and exactly as described. Ordered a Truma water disinfection kit. Ordering was easy and the package arrived as promised, preventing a potential tummy bug......

The kit is easy to use and water did not have the usual chlorine taste of other products.

This came the day after ordering which is soup fast.

I had a probelm with a Caravan cover I bought and it was our fault for not measiuring the van correctly even though the instructions were clear. I asked for the possibilioty of exchanging the cover even though it was really our mistake. There was never any argument from Chris, he found a solution even though the replacement was out of stock and all we had to pay was the difference in delivery costs. I had offered not to claim back the differencer in the lower cost but Chris was happy to consider this in the delivery charges so minimised my loss. This was a most refreshiong experience and quite uncommon these days.

Wow! What a good service, I ordered this coolbox yesterday afternoon and as it was free delivery I expected a parcel after the weekend, I was super impressed when it arrived on a UPS van at 10.37 this morning.

First impressions of the coolbox are good, I went for Dometic because I had an Electrolux (now Dometic) camping fridge years ago and it was excellent.

This build quality looks as though it is still there as the new coolbox looks and feels solid enough to stand up to a fair bit of punishment.

All in all i'm very impressed with both the coolbox and definitely the service provided by this seller.

The price was excellent, the shipping ultra fast and the website and payment pages were very easy to use (paid via Paypal).

Top marks all round!
