I contacted Pedals today having spoken to several people at various bike shops around the country. I spoke with the business owner at Pedals and her service and customer assistance was the best I received all day by a country mile.

In contrast to several disinterested callow youths I have today spoken to the lady at Pedals was enthusiastic and helpful.

In the end she could not meet my bike-related needs on this occasion but I will do business with Pedals when I can.

Item order online overnight, I received prompt updates telling me when the order would be processed and posted? Item was received, well packaged, a few days later. Just what I wanted. Excellent service. Many thanks.

I used Pedal Cycle Centre's website to order a new bag for my Brompton. Placed my order on line at 17.20 on Saturday afternoon, and within 5 minutes received a personally written email thanking me for my order and confirming that it had been processed.

Received another email on Monday morning letting me know the bag had been despatched and received my item on Wednesday.

Fantastic, uncomplicated customer service and my item was delivered exactly how they said it would.

Will use again for all my cycling purchases.

Purchased Whyte Dorset through cycle to work scheme and every aspect was dealt with easily. All staff have been very helpful and have kept me informed every step of the way and nothing seems too much trouble. Great service and I would thoroughly recommend Pedals to anyone looking for good advice and an even better service.

Except for some delays both in getting the item from the producer and in the delivery of the parcel the experience has been good and the customer support has been quick and effective. Tho goods have arrived in perfect pristine state to my address. As a constructive criticism, when possible, I would let the customer know the tracking number of the parcel.

I hadn't ridden a bike for a number of years due to a serious illness. I was very nervous even going to look at bikes. As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted by friendly staff, who showed an interest in my needs and put me at ease immediately. Their knowledge was exceptional and I was shown the bike more suitable and not with the higher price tags.

On my first visit I was in the shop for sometime and didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy, when I went to collect my bike I took my partner and he was interested in a bike and again there was no pressure and he was also really impressed with their knowledge. Excellent customer service and staff knowledge hence five star rating!!

Back in 2013 I bought a bike from these guys/gals. I decided to use this shop over others because they engaged me as a person and a customer. They educated me and helped me find a bike that was correct for me and my size.

I went for a 29er at the time and with their know how I purchased the best and most comfortable bike Ive ever owned. From start to finish they wonderful without ever being pushy.

They were keen to remind to get the bike back for its first service which they offer for free anyway.

This shop cares about bikes and making sure you the customer is always happy. Which brings me to this point.

Sadly my bike got stolen just before Xmas and I contacted the shop to see if they could help me with some info going back to when I got the bike. Within a day they had got back to me with the information.

Unequalled after market service even now. Very polite.
