Absolutely terrible, I purchased a bike on the website after first speaking to Ky on the phone. 6 weeks later no bike has arrived and I have finally managed to get a refund through Paypal - no thanks to anyone at Pedalpowershop.com who didn't respond to any of my communication (phone and email) despite me contacting almost every other day for a month... If Ky ever feels like getting back in touch I'll be keen to find out what happened here! Obviously I've had a very different experience to the reviews below, I can only imagine his local repair business is far better managed than is online store.

Thank god for Paypal resolution centre, otherwise I would be £279.95 down with nothing to show for it.

Well its been 3 weeks and still no sign of the bike, Just give the phone number on the website a quick call, its never picked up, emails are not responded.

Stay away from this one and save the pain we are now going through!!

You will most likely end up loosing money. There's no communication, only promises the item will be despatched (eventually). No explanations.

I bought a KHS ALite 300 Road Race bike from Pedal Power in December, & Just wanted to share my whole buying experience with you.

I had seen the KHS bikes on the Road CC web-Site & they all looked to be a fantastic spec & astheticaly pleasing to boot.

I had a budget of around £600, so after googling the brand & finding www.pedalpowershop.co.uk I shot off an e-mail to Pedal Power.

About an hour later I got reply & knew that I had made the right choice. Before even trying to sell me a bike I was asked about my cycling experience, what was I going to use the bike for & what make and size my current road bike was(if I had one). This was again sent over, by email. Kai again emailed me back, confirming stock & also that a promotion was about to run from Jan, but they'd include me in it, I was also told that bikes take around a week from order, to delivery. I placed my order there and then, bike took a little longer to arrive, but this was due to snow and road chaos not Pedal Power. This was my 1'st Mail Order bike purchase & I was delighted in the service given to me by Kai & Pedal Power.
