I BOUGHT A BIKE WITH POOR QUALITY BRAKES AND GEARS. BASICALLY YOU NEED TO ADJUST THE BRAKES AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO STOP QUICKLY AFTER FEW RIDES. GEARS DOESN'T CHANGE STRAIGHT AWAY AND THE CHAIN IS FALLING FROM THE CHAINRING. WHEN I REPORTED THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THAT IT'S A FAULT OF WRONG ADJUSTMENT AND I NEED TO CALL THEM, SO THEY GUIDE ME HOW TO DO IT. I EXPLAINED THAT I AM CYCLING FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND I NOW HOW TO SET UP THE BIKE AND THAT NOT THE WRONG SET UP IS AN ISSUE, BUT THEY TREATED ME AS SILLY GIRL AND SAID THAT THEIR BIKES ARE GOOD, THAT FOR SURE IT'S A WRONG SET UP AND I NEED TO CALL THEM ( WHAT I WOULD DO IF NOT THEIR LINES HOURS MON-FRI 9PM - 5PM WHEN I AM AT WORK). I DECIDED TO GO TO THE SERVICE TO CHECK IT. THEY SAID THAT I CAN PREPARE MYSELF FOR BUYING NEW PARST LATEST IN FEW WEEKS TIME. I GAVE UP WITH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AS ONCE THEY GET THE MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ANYMORE. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED SELLER!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I ordered an Rc car with what was advertized as a spare battery, when it arrived Later than promised i unwrapped my goods to fined the battery did not have the correct connector to work with the car. i would expect some form of product knowledge form there packing staff but i received no phone call to check if the order was in fact correct. i returned the item at my own cost and asked for an exchange to the correct part (which was cheaper) the guy on the phone said i would receive a phone call to refund my moneys. after a week i had received no replacement part so i phoned to chase it up and it was sat on there desk. after a couple more days i finally received the correct part.unfortunately i still await a phone call for the promised refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LACK OF COM`s AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

All round brilliant service bike arrived within 48hrs of order. Amazing customer service and value for money would highly recommend Parker's of Bolton. My daughter is over the moon with her bike, will defiantly use this company again.

ORDERED THIS BIKE ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON & IT ARRIVED SATURDAY MORNING BOXED & IN EXCELLENT CONDITION,JUST COULD NOT HAVE BEEN QUICKER TO CENTRAL SCOTLAND.BIKE WAS BOUGHT TO GO ON BACK OF CAMPERVAN FOR USE ON FOREST TRAILS AND AS I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT MODERN BIKES IT WAS A CASE OF,IF ITS NOT GOOD ITS NOT EXPENSIVE,I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT & WILL DO EVERYTHING I WANT OF IT. NOW THE BETTER HALF IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING THE LADIES VERSION.

Ordered on Thursday delivered on Friday how good is that , also kept up to date with delivery details. Prices compared to others for the same product was better , If I need anything else that they sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again .WELL DONE

Thought for the price it would be very basic. But found the cycle was first class and great value for the money. I would recommend this cycle to anyone wanting a good sturdy cycle at a reasonable price.
