After an extensive internet search Outside was definitely the best value retailer for my desired product. I tried to find the jacket locally to try on but was unable to so called they web department to get some advice about a possible return if needed. The staff member was extremely helpful and professional, a credit to their customer service team. The product was packed with care, unlike some other retailers i could mention, and it arrived within the allocated time frame. I will definitely look to buy from there in future and would highly recommend this company to friends and family. All of their prices are very competitive, even new stock arrivals but their sales items are extremely good value, and like i mentioned earlier their customer service is second to none. A very happy customer.

I had been looking at the jacket on various sites, Outside was the one that was most reasonable. The Jacket arrived very quickly, unfortunately the jacket was not the right fit for me. I sent it back and I was refunded straight away. I could not fault the service I received, hopefully I will purchase from them again. I would certainly recommend them to friends etc.

I ordered a Nextorch on the evening of 26/02/2014, received immediate confirmation of order together with a tracking link. Received notification of dispatch on 27/02/2014 and received the torch, which was very well packaged, mid morning of 28/02/2014. And this was free p&p! Absolutely perfect service as it should be. Myself and my partner have dealt with Outside on four occasions and found them the best retailer we have dealt with. The staff are very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. On of the occasions we messed up our order regarding sizes of goods ordered on line, the team sorted the issue out for us with no fuss whatsoever although the return date had slightly ran out, this was because we live in the south and wanted to visit the store to try o the alternative sizes.

I was most impressed when I telephone ordered a jacket and salopettes, the jacket was out of stock but they stated that they would put the sallopetes aside for me until the jacket arrived. Unfortunately the jacket took a matter of weeks to be restocked. when the jacket came in they rang to inform me. In the meantime my partner had ordered the same products from them as a present for me, when I told them they stated that it was no problem and they would put the salopettes which had my namer all this time back into stock.

Nothing but good things to say about this bunch. Knowledgeable, friendly and quick off the mark. They sell some of the best gear out there and I'm a great fan of their service. I absolutely love Patagonia stuff but hate paying full price, so it's great to find the right gear at decent prices.

I've had to send a few things back as over the years my lithe and lean body has given way to a more relaxed and 'experienced' frame and so my on-line body image has needed a reality check. No problem. The returns system is really simple and hassle free.

Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Outside to you.
