Ordered table tennis bat 28th nov 2012 chased up and said waiting for

Now website s down and still no delivery

Ordered a couple of items for Christmas in early December.

No acknowledgement from the company, they just took my money.

Silence.

A week before Christmas I send them an e-mail to find out what is going on.

Silence.

It's now January 10th, and I've heard and received nothing from this company, and will be looking into legal action against them to get my money back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an item urgently in November. An item supposedly in stock. It is December and I don't have it yet. I have tried to check the status and the site is not working, the email address to get support returns the message. It feels like a scam.

I ordered a Black and Amber football socks, you instead supplied me with an Amber and Black item, the itiem took longer to be dispatched and unfortunate for me, it was a time of me moving house( as you can imagine, everything in my house was everywhere) and therfiure I didnt have time to deal with the order in a timely manner. I have have a disppoinmemnt befioure from your company although the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

I placed an order with this Company, they acknowledge receipt of my money and said my items would be dispatched. After non arrival of my order, I emailed them, no reply. I emailed again threatening to contact Watchdog,Ombudsman etc, I then received an email saying they had to order in the goods and they expected it within 1-3 days. My order has never arrived. I tried to ring the company and they never answer the phone. They have taken my money and I have received nothing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Ordered a bike light off them in October and when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later I contacted them only to be told that my order had been received but it was blank and to resubmit the details, this was untrue as on checking my account a note was posted to say it had "Been queued for printing and picking" a few days after the order had been submitted. I followed their instructions and was told they anticipated getting the light in within a few days. I waited for nearly 2 more weeks and emailed them to say I wanted my money refunded as they clearly couldn't complete this transaction. There was no response so the only path left open was to contact the Paypal Resolution Centre to complain, fortunately this did the trick and I got my money back 5 weeks after placing the order. It should be noted that Oneclick were slow to respond to requests, their emails weren't straightforward to open and full of confusing computer script. Quite the worst company I've ever ordered from.

I was highly delighted with both the product, it's price and the service. I would thoroughly recommend this site to anyone on my experience to date.

Ordered a crank waited patiently for a 10 days then contacted them, promptly replied, then received the crank in about 5 days, was the cheapest price for a crank though, the email's they send don't appear to make any sense, they seem to contain a long list of computer script and then you can only read odd words!! the tracking email was also incomplete, and unable to track the parcel.Best prices but need to improve the service.

Received my racket as described, a little slower than other sites at filling the order, but better than some! Overall, happy enough to use again.
