I visited Oggys in Morecambe over 2 weeks ago asking if they could help me out with an insurance quote due to being knocked off my bike, The owner, Stephen said no problem let me see the bike and we'll get it done, I took them through the damage and they agreed it was a write off and that they would do me a letter to state this. I have since visited Oggys on 5 / 6 occasions and on each occasion they said I would have the letter in a day or two, I visited on friday 30/10/11 and still no letter, spoke to the owner who was 'busy' browsing the internet, didn't seem to be interested in me, said he would do the letter over the weekend.
