Maybe Nike is my favorite brand of clothes and shoes for every day life. Each item I've got from them (even if many years ago) is still wearable. The only thing I am not happy about is the sizes. Many times, I used their website for shopping, and it looks like size chart doesn't always match the reality. Their customer service is friendly and ready to help out, but I'd rather have everything matching my size right from the beginning.Please help your customers to avoid any hassle and waste of time.

I sent email to Nike:

"Hello

I have problem with my Nike+ FuelBand. When I press on button display it does not show me anything. Otherwise when I connecting Nike+ FuelBand to usb display shows me charging process.

What I can do with this fuelband and how you can help me with it ?

And got an answer in 1 hour:

"Thank you for your email, it is much appreciated by us here at Nike! I understand that your FuelBand button isn't responding, and I'm here to advise.

Unfortunately, we currently have no troubleshooting in relation to the FuelBand as we no longer support the product.

I'm sorry to say but this means that your FuelBand is no longer going to function, or upload any Fuel as that ability has been disabled. The only thing that you can do with the FuelBand now is dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way as all of them are out of warranty, and as such, there is nothing we can do anymore I'm afraid.

I understand that this isn't the news that you want to hear, and if you have any questions, we're right here to help!

Great brand Nike, this has been the case since i was a small boy.

My first and last pair of trainers will always be Nikes, unless they cut off my feet..lol. Great brand. The uk shoe market is always developing very quickly, alongside the american network of wholesalers and retailers.

If you are looking for a long lasting product, Then Nike is the one we recommend.

www.nike.com is a great site. There's loads of stuff to look at and its presented in a cool yet clear way. Everything you would want is there and the prices are ok, for a huge brand you don't get cheap. I ordered a couple of T-shirts and the delivery was a day or so late, by my calculations but that's pretty normal I suppose. They are ok in my book and I will go back next time I dont have time to make it to the shops.
