Shocking Shocking Company
When I ordered a 14ft trampoline for as a surprise for my daughters birthday I assumed I would receive a fully functional trampoline. Upon opening the box I was surprised to find only 5 of the 8 legs for the trampoline had been included in the box.
I telephone the company who I would of expected to of been very helpful and apologetic and pull out the stops to rectify the mistake but not Next Day Trampolines. The blame was completely put on myself that I hadn't checked the delivery correctly upon signing for it and the customer services manager told me that there should of been 5 boxes and I should of known that. He was actually mistaken there should only of been 4 which is what I received.
When I called them back later at lunch time I was then told they couldn't arrange delivery of the legs until Saturday as all their couriers had already left for the day, completely unacceptable that is what couriers do!!! If they had wanted a speedy resolution they could of called in any courier to make a next day delivery. So we waited in all day Saturday for the delivery of the legs and I had such a surprise to find that next day trampolines had ordered incorrect parts...Customer service manager??? So now not only was my daughters birthday ruined but also her Party on Saturday as we didn't have a trampoline for the guests to bounce on.
I always say we all make mistakes which is what makes us human but it's how we rectify them that counts but in this case the company have left me completely high and dry...just unsatisfactory.
I have called again today and been told no managers are available to deal with the problem and I should just wait until Monday morning when they come into work after their lovely weekend off.
I would steer clear of this company at all costs.
Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With
Company sent the wrong trampoline - looks nothing like the photo and has no branding on the trampoline or the boxing. Refused to accept their mistake, for refund the trampoline had to be returned in pristine original boxes at our cost. Trampoline is flimsy, useless net and thin padding, children can easy get caught in the springs. Frankly dangerous. Deserves no stars.

Not Next Day Delivery
So I needed a trampoline for a birthday and since waiting for deliveries is a problem due to working full-time I searched for a company that could deliver next day.
woo-hoo I thought, NEXTDAYtrampolines.co.uk - my prayers have been answered!
Sadly, not.
I waited in the next day, waited, waited, waited....tracking info didn't work, emailed nextdaytrampolines, emailed courier...waited, waited....
email from nextdaytrampolines, here's the correct tracking number - please use this, all should be good.
I did, still no good - zero tracking info shown. Email back to nextdaytrampolines...then phone call from them.
Nice lady, very polite (if you are reading this from nextdattramponlines then I thank you for being polite and trying to be helpful) but the call was to deliver bad news - your trampoline will NOT be coming today.
I was upset.
So, why call yourselves nextdaytramplones???
This was Wednesday, I was due to be at work Thursday and Friday so I said you will have to rearrange delivery for Saturday. I got an email later saying this has been requested.
Now, this isn't my first experience of bad delivery service so I was absolutely 100% sure the trampoline would NOT be delivered on Saturday, and it WOULD be delivered the next day (the next day after the original next day)
Guess what? it turned up in Thursday!
Ok, ok - so why am I moaning, I got the trampoline in the end, right?
I'm moaning because the entire raison d'etre of "NEXTDAYtrampolines.co.uk" is the bit in capital letters.
It's hard for me to be at home from "8am till 6pm" so when I can be here I want my "next day" delivery.
Sorry NEXTDAYtrampolines.co.uk, you failed on this one and since this is your USP (the supposed next day bit) then I don't see how I can recommend you.
I know the courier will be blamed, but I am YOUR customer, not XDPs.
Frankly, the bit I'm MOST annoyed about is that I received no phone call, no email - I just sat waiting like a chump for a delivery that was never going to arrive as it should. A phone call is just civil.
Avoid Like The Plague!!!
"Next day" trampolines.
Was promised next day delivery on a trampoline I ordered for my son's birthday which never arrived. My son was left in tears even though I spoke to someone on the phone and explained that I needed it for that specific reason. Rang them as I was fuming and cancelled the order and demanded a refund to which they agreed despite this they still tried to deliver the trampoline a few days later so I refused it. Spent the next 12-13 days chasing my refund being fobbed off near enough every day by them saying they can't refund me as they don't have the item back in the warehouse and also they have a note from driver saying that it was delivered! Rang citizens advice and got informed of my rights and told the company that citizens advice were going to investigate and within a few hours of this they called me to say that miraculously the trampoline had turned up and I was now eligible for my refund!!!
