I ordered a vango tent on Sunday night via their website and found their website to be very user friendly and very informative. The order was acknowledged within 15 minutes and the tent has been delivered today (Thursday).

Admittedly it is still in the box but I don't envisage any issues with it when opened.

Having been in business for over 35 years I always appreciate it when a company demonstrate exceptional professionalism and Newquay Camping and Leisure have certainly done that.

I recently purchased a new well known driveaway awning from Newquay Camping. The price could not be bettered and delivery was prompt and well managed.

However after using it for just one week some shortcomings became apparent with the quality of the awning giving me no confidence of its durability. I contacted Newquay pointing out my disappointment and seeking their advice.

Albeit they expressed surprise at my observations they, without any pressure from myself, volunteered various possible solutions. After some consideration and with further advice from Newquay I arrived at a solution which gave me total satisfaction with my purchase.

I cannot rate the service provided too highly and as such recommend Newquay Camping to all prospective customers.

Ordered a new tent which was £20 chesper than any other retailer. The service was second to non. recieved an email from interlink telling me when tent was to be delivered which had the wrong address on, emailed the shop got a call back within 15 mins they sorted the problem and tent came next day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Ordered my Vango Sapera Airbeam drive-away awning & it came the very next day, free delivery. It was the cheapest awning of its type on the market so very pleased with the service from Newquay Camping Shop.

It was delivered by Interlink - I was able to track my order down to the hr it would arrive which is great.

I haven't had a chance to look at the awning, let alone use it but can't wait.

I would definitely use this service again.

Tried to e-mail them,no reply, phone was not much better, just sounded like kids answering, was not taken seriously.

Tried to return something,that was damaged, which I did,but they put the blame on me, said it was my fault.

If it had been me,I would have refunded straight away, no arguments, we were not talking large sums of money here.

Too cavalier attitude for my liking.

I purchased a Hot Spot Calor Gas Fire from Newquay Camping and Leisure in November of last year. The service I received at that time was faultless, Everything as promised including speedy delivery on the date and time promised. The fire developed a slight problem last week, I telephoned them, sent a photo of the problem and within 48 hours was e mailed by them stating that a replacement fire would be sent to me and the faulty one collected. Once again delivery and collection was date and time as promised. Professional and courteous service. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Allowing you to fill a trolley and then making it impossible to complete either setting up an account or paying without the use of paypal renders this company impossible for the newcomer to shop with online.
