Changed Their Website And Refused To Give A Refund.
Net World Sports Review:
I bought a golf cage from NWS recently. The cage that arrived was not as pictured on the website. This is contrary to UK consumer legislation and both Citizens Advice (Consumer Protection) & PayPal have agreed with me.
During the dispute NWS changed the pictures on the website, without telling me, and claimed that the pictures had been available to me and then denied my request for a refund. Unfortunately for them I had taken screenshots of the listing before, during and after the dispute.
PayPal ruled I am entitled to a full refund but NWS are refusing to issue a full refund unless I pay £25 to return an item I did not order.
Their customer service is terrible. Their reps have been rubbish, failing to send emails, forgetting I had supplied photographs. Unable to tell me what they had actually sent until I sent photographs. Instructions sent were for the wrong item, were torn in two pieces and dirty. Packaging torn open. No parts list supplied. Items sent not corresponding to the original pictures on the website.
My advice would be USE AT YOUR PERIL. I consider them dishonest and untrustworthy.
