I've had a very bad experience with their customer service

I've sent back to them a spyderco sharpening stone which was delivered with imperfections(not possible to use it for sharpening) and a benchmade knife for repair (omega spring failure)

It's past 2 months and my goods haven't been sent back yet. How hard it is to sent a sharpening stone replacement?

Luckily I've managed to contact their supplier directly(EDGAR BROTHERS). After one phone call replacement of the knife and sharpening stone was sent same day with one day delivery service.

Ordered a Zippo lighter from these guys, delivery was very quick, and free (using Royal Mail).

Received Zippo, through no fault of theirs was not happy with the quality of the unit, returned and received a full refund!

Very quick replies to emails and requests, would use again & recommend to others.

Nothing either spectacular or dire about this site until a blade snapped on my leatherman after only about 3 weeks. They sorted it within 2 days. There was none of the usual 'speak to the manufacturer' ballache, they just sent me a new one and collected the broken one. I thought that was pretty good having been messed about with simialr situations in the past.

I chose this site as they have a very big range of Zippo lighters, and free delivery. The delivery was via Royal Mail but was quick, and I did get an email to say the goods were on the way. The engraving looks perfect, and my boyfriend was really pleased with the lighter. I wish he didn't smoke, but at least he can do it in style now :-) I would recommend this site.
