No Customer Service - Do Not Buy From This Store!!!

I placed an order on Aug. 10 for Adobe Suite PC. Paid through Amazon. Followed up on order on Friday, Aug. 15. Showed order was "shipping shortly". I tried their chat feature but no one was ever available....all day! Called the 866-478-3371 number and there is no live person to be found. Instead it directs me to create a ticket for help. I did, the link is dead. Come to find out, it's not been working for over a year. There is NO way to contact this company!! As far as I know they took my money and I may never receive my product. I will NEVER use this company....save your money and time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Fraudulent Business

Go by the "brick and Mortar" location, NOTHING is THERE! they may have been in business at one time but no longer....why they still have a website up I don't know.....but I would not purchase anything from this place. No one will return your phone call or emails. At this point I don't feel I will receive my order and watching my credit card for charges also alerted the credit card company.

Makes total sense. What do you make of a business that doesn't return emails, answer the phone or no one is ever there?

When I went by the address on the website, the only people I saw were a couple of middle eastern men looking at me strangely.

No Order Support

Before you purchase, call the company and see what happens when you try to get order support (option 2). You simply can't talk with anyone. If you contact software support (option 3) you can get a friendly person to talk with but he can't do anything except send a support ticket to the company.

Lowest Price Could Mean The Worst Customer Service...

Unbelievable is all i can say.

Ordered Photoshop for an Apple computer in October of 2014, 2 weeks later i received the disc for a PC. After sending countless emails and unanswered phone call attempts indicating the problem, one of my emails was answered indicating just send the disc back. I did with signature confirmation indicating that the disc was received.

After additional unanswered emails, phone call attempts and filing 2 not 1 but 2 dispute complaints with my credit card company, as of January 2015, i still have not received my refund.

No Customer Service, The Phone Number To Connect W

No customer service, the phone number to connect with order status is never answered. They want you to submit a ticket online. When you do the ticket is never traceable and no one emails you back.

My order was placed on 8/7 and charged, I have yet to see the product or learn it's status.

I've e-mailed and called many times and will be seeking a refund and reporting them to the BBB.

Lights On But Nobody Is Home

I waited well over a week and they still haven't shipped the product. They have a chat system that is never activated-fail. Their phone number simply directs you to the website to create a ticket, which is a broken link-fail. After clicking forward and back on my browser a few times I got the ticket to work. I sent them a message to cancel my order. It has been over 24 hours and no reply nor change to my order status (which has said shipping shortly since purchase over a week ago). Maybe if you have over a month to wait, MAYBE just maybe they will ship the product, I don't know... I personally dont. Please, please PLEASE... bargain shoppers, beware!!

No phone help. No response to my request about the cs6 I ordered. Some of the site is broken and it concerns me that this is a fraudalent company.

Did you ever get your product? I went through the same thing and finally got the product to find it was an Adobe Volume Licensing product, which is not legal to sell to consumers.

I am having the same issue. My receipt says 2 day shipping, but when I spoke to the woman on the phone (could only get someone when I pushed to order something), she claimed they don't do 2 day shipping. She also said that someone would get back to me immediately that day or first thing the next morning - and surprise, no one got back to me. And their live chat is a joke, no one ever shows up on the chat. What is going on with this company? I ordered the Cs6 too. Are they a real site? Do we need to contact the authorities and report them?

Good Price

After shopping around for CS6 Design & Web Premium for a while, I found that last chance buys had the lowest price. Everything on their website looked pretty legitimate, so I placed my order. I received it a few days later and it installed with no hiccups.
