good coaching programme and tips to hopefully improve my cycling

Being a Dad, having a busy work load and wanting to be as competietive as possibly during race day.

JJ has given me a program that just fits around my life, so no rows with the Wife, i see the kids and my lunch hours are an hour rather than the hour plus shower time.

I feel stronger even with less time training. Focused structured training gets you faster and stronger.. Can't wait for my next race.

I have only recently signed up to coaching, but so far I am happy with how this is progressing. All my sessions are updated via Training Peaks with email alerts coming to me a day or so before to remind me. I have been able to ask lots of questions and they all get answered extremely quickly with lots of helpful information. All in all I would certainly recommend this to a friend.

I found everything I needed on the website with minimal fuss and effort, secure in the knowledge that items were in stock and with no nasty surprises at the checkout with delivery charges I wasn't expecting - excellent stuff! I originally ordered black mudguards but I was contacted by phone in very quick time, to speak to one of their friendly staff, who me of alternatives I was able to choose from - it's that personal service which counts for a lot.

Wanted to get a helmet for my husband who has always been reluctant to wear one. Spoke to someone at Koolstof for advice and they were great. Sensible advice from someone who obviously knew what they were talking about. The training programme was an added extra. will definately use this site again

Koolstof is run in a professional manner by athletes that have tried and tested the products they sell. I use Koolstof for my timetrial coaching and when ever I need spares or upgrades the staff can advice me with confidence on the products best suited to me. Koolstof recognize that no two athletes are the same and finding the most suitable equipment for the individual is key to saving those vital seconds. Haven't found anything to moan about and I trust Koolstof to keep faith.

Being coached gives a purpose to every workout and because you have someone outside monitoring things there is more chance of getting the right quantity and quality in your training.

Koolstof coaching are very good at taking into account personal circumstances such as when you can fit in training and how much time you have to train.

I rarely get ill nowadays as I don't overtrain and am still competitive despite getting older.

My daughter trains much more and much better than before she started being coached by Koolstof. She finds it much more motivating Knowing somebody else is interested in her training and racing and has raced and trained consistently well over the last year and a half.

I think the value for money compared to buying more and more bling equipment is much better.

I have been pleasantly surprised how little you need to do to maintain fitness as I don't do all the junk miles I used to.

Using Training Peaks is a great way to keep track of your training and after a bit of use soon becomes a part of the daily routine.

In conclusion I don't know what I would do without Koolstof Coaching as it would be like having a ship with no rudder!

After several months and different coaches i switched to koolstof's training and have never felt fitter or more at ease with training, the service is second to none, and the web tools uses are right up to-date, on top of all of this you get easy access to the fantastic website which has a list of the current best products in cycling that all follow the sam ethos as the coaching. Which are simple, hard working and good value. For a sportsman you could not ask for more. I can not recommend enough the difference that koolstof coaching and website has mad to my cycling performance.

Koolstof produced me a superb pair of deep section carbon wheels. They asked what I needed them for and the type of rider and effectively matched/built wheels to my spec. Fantastic service and equally fantastic wheels.
