Poor service. Would not recommend at all. 2 websites, 1 inactive but it doesnt tell you that so you order, receive the confirmation email and wait for your item and it doesn't arrive. Thank god I realised in time otherwise I would have had a very disappointed birthday child!

I ordered a bundle package from kickflip site which was very easy to use. I was called the day my pack was sent out and then the day it was getting delivered - from the day i purchased my item to the day of delivery, i only waited 48 hours. I also received a text with the time my delivery was coming at. I was so excited and totally pleased with my purchase. I purchased a scooter for my son's birthday the next day. The product was delivered in less than 24 hours (as standard) and...even better...nowhere else came close to matching their great price. Highly recommended.

I had been let down by one of the big online 'specialists' who for the last two weeks have been giving me the runaround with delivery dates which meant the delivery would miss my girlfriends birthday. They failed to satisfy and so I called KickFlip, who had the most competitive price on the pads I needed, I'm glad I did cos not only was the pricing good but the service was second to none, the dude I spoke to was knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help also I was amazed at how fast I received the goods - less than 24 hours!

This is why I'm only going to use KickFlip for my skate and derby stuff from now on, personal service and fast delivery wins every time.

the guys at this store are super helpful. they helped me source a difficult to find skate size and got it delivered very quickly. very pleased with overall service. they were also the cheapest for this product anywhere i could find in the uk.

i called him up after seeing that his prices were by far the best,

ive started Roller Derby Skating and hopefully referee training i started as there is a lady that i like who does this ;)

however i had no idea what to buy what size to buy what the differences were and generally only knew that i could skate a little bit and thats it!

Matt Made sure that i ordered exactly the right size equipment by getting me to take measurements and then matt gave me the required size for me by referring to his size chart,

i paid by paypal and a matter of 20 hours later i had my equipment in time for my training session,

SO IN CONCLUSION MATT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY I BUY ONLINE 90% OF THE TIME AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE EASIEST AND MOST PLEASANT PURCHASES I HAVE EVER MADE.
