I stumbled upon JGS Bikes when the Pure Fix website was sold out of the bike I wanted and I am so glad I did! The bike was the same price on JGS as the Pure Fix website, but had no charge for tax or shipping and ended up being 5% off for the summer sale! Instead of spending almost $400 like I would have at Pure Fix, my bike came out to just over $300. Not to mention that when I put the wrong address in and called the store to fix the error, they were amazingly helpful. I didn't have to talk to a machine or wait on hold forever. They fixed the error in a matter of minutes! At almost 9 o'clock at night! Overall great experience. Both I and my bank account greatly appreciate it!

This bike shop has a lot of products, great brands, and easy to navigate. They offer online shopping, quick ordering, fast service, good customer service, reasonable shipping cost and timing. Highly recommend, would buy again. They carry products that I could not find at any big box store and not at most local bike stores. Their customer service reps are top notch and friendly.
