Worst Customer Service Out Of 112 Company's !!!!!!
I have ordered and continue to order parts for myself and other dealers in the area.I and my team deal with well over 112 companies.Normally if we have any issue's with a company. We normally can come to an agreement or the company normally just resend;s bad product to us.
Well not in the case of ineedmoregear. We received ,for our paint ball dept.,several stocks. We had no issues with them until the last shipment about 2 weeks ago.One of teh stock tubes was incorrect in its threading.SO We attempted to contact ineedmoregear in order to receive a new tube.We figured up the costs and the tube would run around $5.
We sent emails asking and explaining the issue.AN email was sent back saying, were sorry ,too bad,buy from somewhere else. While this was very upsetting. We decided to contact a higher supervisor. The supervisor, explained they don't warranty any of their products and if a product is bad,you will just have to purchase another one.
As confusing as all that may seem.It seemed more redundant to loose $1,000s of dollars over a $5 part. But that is where it ended.
We have since taken our business elsewhere and would advise any one not wanting to buy products that are not warranted,to do so.
Out of 112 companies,we voted this one the worst in customer service. We have since spoken with other companies that have dealt with ineedmoregear.com and they as well have since moved on after experiencing the same issue.
It is a sad day when a company is just out to make money and not even care about customer service.Truly sad !!!!
