Take Your Money And Don't Send Your Product!
I ordered from this website and after a week I hadn't recieved my order. I emailed their customer service and explained the situation. A week later I still had no order and no reply from their customer service. I emailed again and tried to call the number given on the website. No reply and the phone just rang out. They took my money as soon as I ordered but have never sent me my product and haven't responded to my emails and don't answer the phone. Never use this company!
I have since received my order, with a free chalk bag and a note apologising for the delay. It did take a month to arrive and I never did receive any response to my emails or phonecall. I would be hesitant to use this company again but I do appreciate that the order did arrive eventually and with a free gift by way of apology.

Bought The Launch Offer! The Speed Of Delivery Was
Bought the Launch offer! The speed of delivery was great and the communications were great I think they are a new outfit as they were really happy to make the sale and bet over backwards to make sure I got the rope.
It was a great bargain and I got a belay device the Jul free with the rope.
I liked the site although they could do with more stock.
